Current target from Zeus is 41.8p , but with a review . Interesting ALT are suggesting annual revenue to grow as follows 2022 ...11.9m GBP up 54.9 percent 2023 ...13.9m GBP up 16 percent 2024... 19.6m GBP up 41 percent2025...27.1m GBP up 38 percent

Just by way of a valuation comparison, I hold shearwater - a cyber security outfit. Results tomorrow. Market cap about double here but ebitda nearly 5 x and x 4 more cash.

Was travelling today so only just catching up. Reassuring results but it will take time to rebuild trust. We also need to see evidence of growth and scalability. That's not totally obvious from todays rns. I would also like the company to go on record and confirm what management expectations are for the current FY. Others do. Current valuation is probably about right until we see firm evidence of growth. With gross margins into the 40s, generating revenues of 20m could turn us into a 60m +market cap company. I've got 100,000 shares here and happy to hold ...

The UK market has heard the same old story so many times now and really doesn't care anymore (and are probably nervous that if they do take the price higher it will benefit the major shareholders by giving them liquidity to sell!) Relist the company in the US, where there is a new investor base who are happier to invest in US tech stocks (which is what ALT is), thereby unlocking shareholder value. That way, if someone wants to takeover the company they are paying a proper price for it. I think hiring Zeus was a mistake. ALT needs a broker with a far bigger US presence. Let's hope this doesn't now do what it normally does and just bleed steadily until the next data point.

There are so many stale long positions now.Any rally will be sold into by many now to re-coup some funds and move on. Maybe after a few more results/ trading statements institutional investors may start showing an interest, which is what is needed to take this higher, but many still remember buying in at the placing a few years ago only to be slaughtered by director selling and a profit warning shortly afterwards.

Lack of buyer`s indicative of Depressed World Markets. The answer to survival lies in Scale. imno.
