Well North the current level seems a bit too high for the BOD so maybe a drift lower will make them take the opportunity to increase their current very small and insignificant holdings.

One interesting thing that could be the making of the ALT revival and that is the increasingly growing theory , that once we are out of Covid , we will be entering a new stage of economic revival , akin to the roaring twenties. Remember that the two economies where the most people per 100 of population have been vaccinated so far as the US and UK .. And where does ALT make its money ?? Exactly . IF the. Pundits are right , and, If we are about to enter another economic period like the roaring twenties , the ALT. Is. Going to soar . Really soar .One. Other thing . The board have been very quite , but if MV is about to return. To his rightful place , with all his entrepreneurial sprit and ideas , we are truly on the cusp of something special.Yes a lot. Of IFs but i reckon , we really are very close . 25p a share will be soon seen. As a bloody Mad bargain. . Roll on the vaccine programmes in. The US and UK , and here's hoping for some. Good news. Re MVs return soon

Disastrous mutation?? Please don't allow this con to permeate Financial message boards. All Gods Children & Animals have the same respiration system, therefore if we did need to wear masks to save us, the proof would be out there in the country. Dead wild life, Foxes, badgers et al. Dead Farm animals, Birds etc. As there is none of this, it is safe to assume, the Media & Politicians are responsible for a huge, Hoax, Perpetrated by the likes of Gates, Soros and others.

Feels like we have found a level for the time being. As long as we don't get a disastrous mutation, the promo events industry should start opening later this summer.

Bills, you may be right. It was the word 'repayment' that got me confused though.

North, sorry I haven’t been here for a bit. On the financing point, is that not them giving a line of credit to distributors? For a painfully high interest rate, almost like a bridging line. In other words, the distributor pays for the supply, brands it up, passes it onto The client, they then get paid at some point in the future. Maybe 15 days, maybe 30, I have no idea. In the meantime, and self funded I hope, through cash flow, Alt pays them the money that they are dues to receive, up front for, I don’t know a 15% interest rate. Great business if it’s true, they are making their money work twice as fast.

But north , being realistic . We want them to buy shares to push up the share price and show confidence . If they have confidence they should . But in their world , they have plenty going on and whether they buy this week or next , does it really matter , viz a viz the overall success of the business . I think not . It will happen .

Too busy to buy shares ? My understanding is there is no price sensitive reason for them not to.

Don't know north. But honestly in scheme of things is it important ? Far more to me is MV being back , the PR firm being sacked and seeing potentially the directors buying

Can anyone point to what this refers to - I wasn't aware of any finance agreements/we make great play that we are debt free: Net cash outflows from financing activities of GBP0.6m reflects repayment of finance agreements

I don't think that is the case at all North. Remember the director is arent awash with funds . I would expect the chairman to buy for sure. And no reason why not now . Peter H may buy also as he will know that at mid twenties its cheap as chips . Nikki also . Patience .

Unless there is a insider reason for no director buying, it seems they feel the current share price isn't quite appealing enough to dip in. Perhaps they might sub 20p.

I am positive about the company’s survival and the fact that they have got a business model working with sales circa 8.5 million. The current COVID crisis means their customers / suppliers are best case trading at 50%. There is a strong argument that it’s only a third but for this purpose we will use 50%. Once we come out of the crisis the sales will rise to 17million. The profit on this and the PE valuation mean I am very happy to hold for the next 12-18 months

Thing is, Pebb announced 'trading ahead' in its recent update to December. We made a 600k loss in the first half and I suspect we'll do well to break even in H2, probably a small loss given Covid will weigh heavily to spring at least.

No buys by any members of the BOD as yet will no doubt result in a near term drop in the share price The more the market comes to see an end to the pandemic the more I can see a recovery in the share price My optomistic forecast is 90p for year end provided the BOD and its advisors gets a reboot.

Stars309 - I’m still here - just crazy busy. I’m impressed with recent rise. Well done holders. To be clear, I’ve been positive about ALT and remain so. Just don’t hold any...yet...
