alt off no profits, the cash id from the funding round if nothing else they overpromised and this cost shareholders a lot off cash.

As previously stated, Cash is king currently. Alt has no debt. Alt is not trading on, Worth, it is following market sentiment, which is normal. The way forward? When this CV crisis is over, Alt start operating on a level playing field with it`s peer`s, at a much, much lower share price. MV in the background, Chairman with proven ability.

hhdd1 - I agree. It’s been a cluster... hence my previous cynicism. But have they now finally got a business model that is working and can scale significantly?

is this good? what was the buz two years ago? they raised funds to achieve what? no profit still? this is being taken as we were told to expect bad news, adproduts sale to the wife off director feels like a easy option, this should not be a plc, this is worth 8p a share max? no profits no dividend, if you look back on promises and forcasts it feels the business model is not the mouse trap they hoped

Northwards - these broker targets are generally useless. I have never seen one that correctly forecasted a share price (unless it was Apple etc). But, I’m very encouraged by today’s update.

Brief update from Finncap - retains 120p target.Altitude has confirmed performance for the 12 months to December 2019, after the logical decision to move the formal accounting period end of March 2020, announced in August. Revenue of £11.3m (vs £11.9mE) was in line with expectations after only three full quarters since the January acquisition of AIM, a commendable level of achievement and predictability for an early stage business. Current cash of £2.5m will be supported by inflow from the sale of ADP announced this week, in addition to outstanding receivables (US: $1m; UK: £0.5m) and the end April collection date for the 31 March quarterly cycle. The US preferred supplier base expanded to 175 (161 at 30/9/19) with more to join on 1st April; AIM membership grew to 2,276 (June 19: 2,185) including 141 on enhanced packages, and further revenue opportunities from financing. Altitude's 12m to December focused on revenue development, and that has been achieved. Measures to accommodate the next few months include cost-saving initiatives already in hand, and we look forward to further updates.

John09 - I’m not currently a holder. What is it about the update that you don’t like? Thanks.

I was wrong about ALT. I was very dubious but they have got there. The share price is currently at the level that Sharewatch originally bought at a few years back.

Let's see whether directors buy now. I suspect they will. Ex cash, the business is valued at just over 8m !

I agree Northwards. Am I right that revenues up to December 2019 were 11.3, just slightly under broker estimates of 11.9?

Worth adding, Keith Edelman becoming chair should go down well. He is respected and has enormous experience.

Had a quick scan of results.I'm very encouraged by the cash position - in excess of 5m, excluding sale proceeds from ADP. That is a strong cushion to ride out CV-19.Looks like Q4 US revenues were 2.5m dollars - equivalent to all of H1 ... so strong growth there.

Agree. And US futures currently down 5% for Monday open. Tomorrow's markets will be messy.
