I was wrong about ALT. I was very dubious but they have got there. The share price is currently at the level that Sharewatch originally bought at a few years back.

Let's see whether directors buy now. I suspect they will. Ex cash, the business is valued at just over 8m !

I agree Northwards. Am I right that revenues up to December 2019 were 11.3, just slightly under broker estimates of 11.9?

Worth adding, Keith Edelman becoming chair should go down well. He is respected and has enormous experience.

Had a quick scan of results.I'm very encouraged by the cash position - in excess of 5m, excluding sale proceeds from ADP. That is a strong cushion to ride out CV-19.Looks like Q4 US revenues were 2.5m dollars - equivalent to all of H1 ... so strong growth there.

Agree. And US futures currently down 5% for Monday open. Tomorrow's markets will be messy.

Thanks North but I fear whatever figures you want to put forward for the coming year the market will not put any faith in at present. The whole world economy seems in meltdown and it will take some deft and strong leadership to sort it out. Sadly the present crop of world leaders do not really inspire that much confidence.

Broker estimates for revenues to end December are 11.9m. Let's see how close we get to that figure tomorrow.Revised broker estimates for new financial year stating April 20 was for a PBT of 7m. Clearly that won't be achieved given significant Covid disruption. Let's say the impact of Covid slashes PBT estimates by a massive 85 percent. That will still deliver a PNT of 1 million.

I agree Sean. Regardless, what holders (and other investors) want to see is that the current approach is working. If it's not, it won't be down to being "unlucky". Good luck fella.

The coming update will be I believe lost in the flurry of CV news and its crushing effects on economic activity.

I'm increasingly pessimistic for the global economy in the short, quite possibly medium term. Things have been turned completely upside down.I fear we will have significant disruption for at least 6 months, if not longer. Everything hinges on getting on top of CV. If we are really lucky, things could begin to return to some normality in if normality late summer.

Don't agree I feel it will Yes I know I'm a long term fan of ALT. No matter what I feel they've been so unlucky Yes made mistakes but unluckyI am hoping the update shows we are on the right track aside from Covid19I would and have added

Any update from ALT will have little response from the markets in the current turmoil. Chinese industry seems to be getting back to some normality so there will be at least one or two quarters of disruption for the US. The economic fallout from CV may I fear have a lot more serious consequences after that timeframe though.

ASI podcast yesterday with key suppliers saying orders down 40-50 percent this week. Hoping for a recovery in Q4.
