Yes, Strange supporters that go all out to criticise a fast growing company, with probably the best CEO in the UK.

Why dont we exercise just a little patience, like robbnw?

We dont have to wait long, predictions are that the share price will be moving in an upwards direction by at least, March, based on delivering fabulous figures.

I am afraid the best description i can put on you shep is, PEDANTIC.

FarDistantHills, of course that is what Stevie is pointing to, but as you can see from the text he and robb are a little confused. I'm not sure how as it seems to be quite clear what the difference is between a distributor and an organisation like AIM who links distis with suppliers.

AIM is a membership group who provides a service to both distributors and suppliers. It is pretty much one man, Jamie, with probably a team of admin staff to look after their members. They purely link suppliers with distributors and provide the benefits that such aggregation allows.

You can now call ALT the same terms as would have been used for AIM, i.e. the worlds largest group of distributors, but you cannot call them a distributor. To do so kind of misses the whole point of ALT's business model.

This is the presentation put out with Friday's fund raising and now on ALT's website:

hxxps://www.altitudeplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Investor-presentation-Project-Nevada-January-2019.pdf

On the first page after the disclaimer it says:

"Seeking to raise £7 million to acquire AI Mastermind (AIM), the largest Promotional Products distributor group in the US, and for working capital to accelerate onboarding and engagement of AIM distributor members and suppliers?

Maybe this is what Stephen is pointing to???????

Might even be 7am tomorrow and that’s basically the same as Friday. Let’s see. Nothing to worry about. Something caused that spike in the last hour and we know it wasn’t SCSW !

Agreed SH, they are normally done and dusted within a day.

Perhaps there is some unease around doing a placing just before the Brexit vote? Who knows? Hopefully all we complete tomorrow

Going back to the fund raise, one thing that worries me is that I don't recall an accelerated book build taking more than a day. Usually the second RNS is out by the evening. Anyone know of examples? Perhaps they'll have to offer it to us lot to make up the difference. :-)

Does someone want to tell Stevie that as part of the AIM deal, no distribution assets were previously owned, transferred or bought.
