Thanks for that Manny. Torch reputation will bolster the share price on many fronts.

Martin's quote about Torch was...."I have never met such bright people and feel HONOURED that they chose to work with us. I have NEVER been so excited about a business relationship in my whole career. The reason that THEY chose to work with us was Nikki"

4imprint became a much improved company in the hands of those that knew how to project their image. The first person to say that?, Martin.

Why a scrip issue? should growth be delivered very quickly here, there is not likely to be many shares around for any other Large investors, forget Martin selling any.

The solution is a scrip issue, instant liquidity at virtually no cost. Nice reward for holders.

Make a very nice Christmas present.

Martin who is the best in this business and has been for sometime will have explained in detail how good Nikki is.

The growth of the `model` needs no explaining. The explanation was made, i understand, that it was Nikki who sourced Torch. It is also Nikki who knows the USA market better than anybody. There is more to come from Nikki on several fronts which will demonstrate just why she is our CEO.

Torch will very likely get a mention in SCSW as to just how exceptional they are.

urigem, exponential growth will see this rocket very quickly. Nikki is a high class CEO who is delivering now and will continue to deliver at an ever increasing level.

I did not attend the AGM but those who did will have been very impressed with the new CEO. The share price movement during and after the AGM says many others were also convinced Nikki is the `works`.

kemche, in modern forms of communication such things as grammar count, FSFA. DYOR. FSS.

Anyone go to the AGM ? I didn't in the end. Not sure why everyone is obsessed with a share split! Volume is penuts and a lot more to go through before this is an issue.. I would go for a separate listing anyway and ALT a parent. But who cares needs the users first.

And one more thing Stephen - do your exacting high standards also extend to grammar or are you relaxed about such trifling matters?

Stephen, But I remember you saying something else entirely not too long ago. In fact if I am right it was the complete opposite. But then it may be my memory. It plays tricks on me at my 72 years of age.

kemche, i will make an exception and engage this one occasion. I have standards, As do many other directors of public companies. Shareholders travelling long distances to attend EGM, AGM, or Presentation`s Attend such formal gatherings in Suits generally, the least Those in charge can do is greet and meet their paymasters with a modicum of respect. I repeat, these are formal meetings NOT AN ACID RAVE.

When Travis Were going through the roof, at £9 the shares were split x4 at a valuation of £3.50p each, very quickly they were back at £9 each and they did it again at a £5 a pop. etc.

ALT could go up to anywhere, it is a success, whether this herd on here think so or not. Insti`s love what Martin does and will want some of this.

Increasing the share count will increase liquidity. By making more shares available the affect of buying selling will have less impact overall. I’ve seen this happen at other illiquid stocks.

If an insti buys in, at a premium as there’s no pressure to let them, that’s cash direct to the bottom line that can be paid to existing holders as a special divi. I’ve seen that happen at other shares I’ve followed but not at any I’ve been involved with.

Please explain how a share split would help institutions buy in? Once you've done that, you can try suggesting why ALT would want to dilute their holdings when there's no need for fund raising.
