05/6/2018 19:46 | Good point stephenWell put! We are in agreement re peter hallet for sure | robbnw
05/6/2018 19:42 | You've lost me there Stephen! I think it's a matter of short order until this catches the imagination of the wider investment community. When you look at all the dross about, it's hard to see why this has not really caught up with its potential yet. I love it when you find companies like this.. I love the research and finding something BEFORE it gets its value. There will certainly be news over the coming months and the business model isn't exactly complicated to work out. I success with AIM and this will have a lot of opportunities to do it over and over again. What about patients ? I don't quite fully understand why ALT product is unique and patentable. | urigem
05/6/2018 19:26 | urigem, the broker probably uses that because we have had an experience with one of `just eat` executives. He is remembered in terms of Captain Smith, of Titanic fame. | stephen1946
05/6/2018 19:02 | Thanks - it would seem that way. Looks like got some good knowledgable holders here. I like the brokers comparison to just eat!! I have never really got that one, never used it! I maybe getting old but I always just order direct over the phone.. How hard is that? | urigem
05/6/2018 18:54 | robbnw, Peter Hallet, tongue in cheek remark. Peter is focused on one thing, ALT. He lives, eats, breaths and probably beds ALT. No doubting his professionalism. All successful businessmen are boring, none more so than my very good friend, The late, Lord Steinberg(Stanley leisure)his hobby? Stamp collecting. | stephen1946
05/6/2018 18:26 | UrigemWelcome to the rideI see this share with the potential of fever tree to mutlbag | robbnw
05/6/2018 18:25 | All. SCSW are a quality tip sheet and the editor has always been quite clear on the potential for ALTLets see what he says but i reckon nothing much for this next issue. Just too late in the day but we will see . He will have always known the results were due 5 june so maybe left some space Stephen and others.. liquidity of shares has always been an issues .Look at the top five shareholders ,They alone hold around 52% of the shares . Easy to find out who .. and they never sell Where I disagree is re peter hallet . Stephen . Boring . Who said ? My friend , he is a quality asset and we are lucky to have him He deserves a lot of praise here and i think he has about 250000 shares What amazing potential for future group As for the Mr 50p man . Stuff him . This share has always had the doom and gloom merchants But it has also always had the real believers ! | robbnw
05/6/2018 17:45 | Glad I scanned the markets rigid morning | urigem
05/6/2018 17:44 | Found this postnurdin: This is what FinnCap had said after their recent trading update: "As a start-up with cash flow from the legacy business, results are expected to be broadly in line with market expectations but with revenue potential from AiMPro (£80m) alone close to JustEat's revenue at the time of its £1.47bn IPO, the upside is extraordinary. We adjust FY17 revenue to £6.4m (£7.5m) and PBT £0.4m (£0.5m) reflecting the decision to invest in people and technology; FY18 unchanged, but potential upside very significantly increased with proof of execution. We look forward to KPIs: AiM member onboarding, gross transactional revenue and the blended revenue share." Well I think today has answered a few of fin cap's questions - way ahead of the best estimates- I'm surprised it is so quiet here. Fin cap will update for sure. Will make good reading | urigem
05/6/2018 17:27 | Impossible to predict on the AIM. I do t like buying on a results day, but these have really caught my attention. Not a jam tomorrow company. More like a traffic jam outside AIMPRO offices :0)Well done to LTH here, not got your rewards yet but on their wayStill can't get over the uptake and use so far. | urigem
05/6/2018 17:17 | It will go up tomorrow too. No doubt. You don’t have a rise on this volume like this on this news just to have a down day the next day. It’ll start moving about 30 mins into trading tomorrow | john09

05/6/2018 17:05 | Rather busy after hours trading. 387k sale showing, not sure to be a sell, could be delayed buy. Tomorrow will be interesting, looking for consolidation, perhaps even a further good rise. | stephen1946
05/6/2018 16:58 | Mannymif, HA, HA ,HA, HA. Good on you. | stephen1946
05/6/2018 16:46 | 33.5% in free float as mine aren't coming to market anytime soon. | mannymif
05/6/2018 16:30 | Urigem, on that last point, the need for liquidity and institutional interest I would like to see some shares sold into the market, by those directors. I would anticipate The Nomad saying as much at some stage, not to us, i might add, but the directors. Martin has a superb track record with Institutions, who love him. It was Martin who set up, 4IMPRINT and the evidence is there for all to see. In this business, Martin is a legend. | stephen1946
05/6/2018 16:22 | My guess is they will do one more fund raise to super-charge on-boarding ...which I'd welcome. I was struck with this line in results "... we are carefully managing demand within our CURRENT resources..." | northwards
05/6/2018 16:19 | Directors have a large stake only 35% in free float.. All looks good. | urigem
05/6/2018 16:16 | Urigem, Martin Varley is old school Honest. Knows USA market better than any man living, wears the "T" SHIRT. What you see and all that. Nichole Steller, from reading about her, she is born and bred Promo. Peter Hallet, Boring, 100% reliable, 200% honest top class man to keep everyones feet on the floor and focused. Finance Director 2 months into the role, Martin says "he is top drawer" good enough for me. The brand man? i had doubts, but he proved me wrong. 100% company man. No skeletons in any cupboards, just ability. | stephen1946
05/6/2018 16:08 | Would pay much more attention to SCSW than a broker - they are a very good publication and have resisted being a ramping machine.Freed up quite a bit of money for these now. Just a few more things to check ... What's the history of the BOD - any warning signs ??? | urigem
05/6/2018 16:03 | All v. positive, just a shame Fincap only take their figures out to FY19....surely another year would show the operational leverage even more. What would it take top line to drive c.£10 or £20m of EBITDA for instance? See what the targets would need to be etcc....DYOR but maybe brokers want to see continued delivery this year before highlighting those longer term potentials....? | qs99
05/6/2018 15:55 | Alt have put the meat on the bones today, i suppose it was already there from the updates but today's RNS really shows how well it's going, so on simple term the firstbplan it to get 90% of a $1.5billion market with a margin to ALT of 8-10%Call it $120 million PA to ALTthey are well on their way to 37% all onboard / possibly more by year end already So looking to start next year with about £500 million of the market with between £40-£50 million to ALT, without any further progress and other projects aside. Critical mass already achieved and once onboarding is completed is all very high net margin. | urigem
05/6/2018 15:51 | The progress really is encouraging and potential stunning. 382 AIM members are in the queue to onboard [following the 1st 57]! the NAPCO partnership with 12,500 members goes live later this year. Throughput revenues will explode. I genuinely cant quite believe the potential here. | northwards
05/6/2018 15:40 | Where IS Mr 50p today? | john09
05/6/2018 15:34 | SCSW bound to comment on ALT & FUTR as the dates are prdictable. IMO they will have left space for them, maybe as a late news item. | napoleon 14th |
