19/1/2018 22:28 | Dear me, bigshortchappie, you really are quite an emotional chappie are`nt you?? Most grateful to you for expressing your fear for my investment, but i am old enough now to take the consequences of my actions. The love you have for going round in circles is not my cup of tea, so shall we decide to differ and leave it there??? | stephen1946
19/1/2018 16:35 | soulcatcher, what have i told you about drinking too much of that home made Gooseberry wine??? | stephen1946
19/1/2018 16:25 | Stevey, stevey, stevey you nut deep in ALT ? | soulcatcher
19/1/2018 16:24 | Actually it’s not valid theirs is far better yours just has a supply chain built in... amazon do not have to acquire when their developers would put your site together in a couple of days with the distribution channel built in, just your market is small fry at the moment and down on their list, they would probably buy vistaprint which is a proper business not run by a bellend | soulcatcher
19/1/2018 16:22 | AndEverything.com is an exceptional tool and can be used quite literally by anybody. A product that allows you to shop at your speed, at your leisure, in your home, office or car. Personalised products at no extra cost and no obligation to buy in bulk, buy as you need, controlling your costs. Even sounds like Amazon. | stephen1946
19/1/2018 15:38 | Your point is not valid re the software, but thats your opinion, fine. regarding why dont individuals stick around? Its their choice, maybe they prefer to be a big fish in a small pool, and could see where this is going, really its quite obvious. | stephen1946
19/1/2018 15:28 | There software is no different to shopify or wix ... your deluded .. I know it well, suppliers do not want to plug into it hence the acquisition of adproducts... it’s clunky, Amazon, vistaprint would laugh at you Varley and if the strategy was to be acquired then why didn’t Henry / Sanjay stick around for the options. | soulcatcher
19/1/2018 15:13 | Some big hitters are beginning to enter the promotional market it is this that will excite the market place very soon. i have always bought Gambling stocks that enveloped the online market, also i bought cheap in the hope of buying a cheap share that would one day be taken over at a large premium, to achieve that end is my general reasoning behind buying most of my holdings, many probably do similar without even realising it. That brings me to Alt, this outfit do seem to have found the key that will deliver the golden goose. Looking at their software and the expertise surrounding this whole concept, the only conclusion i can come to is, ALT can manage quite adequately as a stand alone company that will shortly start to earn huge revenue from U.S.A. The point is, will the big hitters stand aside and allow this minnow to capture a $29bn market, or will they buy it, at any price? Walmart.com and Amazon plus many others are sniffing around and if there is a company around that these predators see as an easy way into the very Heart of the Industry, it would only be common sense for them to look closely at such a company. | stephen1946
19/1/2018 14:46 | Jam tomorrow? | bpc10
19/1/2018 06:10 | What rubbish from the doom and gloomersStephen with you totally We will seeMeanwhile my advice ignore the negativity And be patient Rome wasn't built in a day | robbnw
18/1/2018 18:49 | Just finished PPD live. Extremely quiet, exhibitors unhappy, hall much smaller than normal. Nobody seems to want to support Channl because of the conflict of interest. Many people think this could be the last show. Merchandise World next week, will be interesting to see how they compare. | shanvest
18/1/2018 18:41 | It's always tragic to see people logging in as two separate people and having a conversation with themselves. Especially when they forget which alias they're logged in as. | mauricemonkey
18/1/2018 16:43 | That Stephen1946 fella is really profound. If only he could help ALT continue to blow a load of hot air to stop the ALT balloon from crashing down to earth when these ill conceived strategies are proven to not get any results... Here’s an idea for free...ALT should release an RNS saying that they are going to diversify into crypto. That will keep the share price up for a bit... | thebigshortfella
18/1/2018 16:19 | As Stephen 1946 said, "There are times when you cant see the wood for the Tree`s" | stephen1946
18/1/2018 15:51 | Love this thread. | soulcatcher
18/1/2018 15:36 | Jfree101 - really? what's this Bitcoin thing? LOL Bitcoin and ALT - very apt!! Let's see where both stand in a few months... | thebigshortfella
18/1/2018 15:24 | Anyone here ever invested in Bitcoin or ever heard about the investment? It's the best investment so far. As at January 2017 it was 1Bitcoin equal to $800 but now 1bitcoin is equal to $17,000 imagine if you had invested a Bitcoin by then and see how much you will be having, Bitcoin still keep adding more weight to itself and You can invest through us by sending your coin to this wallet 3PhUCbcJ1VAZv94gCcW3 | jfree101
18/1/2018 15:05 | post 4607, in an industry such as this, there are any number of bluffers, ALT happen to hsve the ability to spot them before they do any damage. Remember what this concept is; Taking the fragmented USA promotional products business(due mainly because of the sheer size of USA)and making it operate from one central point, thereby constructing, a manageable, solidly uniform, conglomerate. | stephen1946
18/1/2018 13:41 | soulcatcher - my question was aimed at stephen1846 but thanks for answering it. Seems like ALT have had a disproportionate number of high profile leavers versus the size of their management team... | thebigshortfella
18/1/2018 13:34 | I don’t but work for a company very close to them. None in the uk really but - Peter Hallet, Sean Parker, Deborah Wilkinson still there. | soulcatcher
18/1/2018 13:32 | re: milking the soppy sod. I am confused as to who is miking who and does this include the shareholders?! ;-) | thebigshortfella
18/1/2018 13:31 | soulcatcher - but he does market his services and has a reputation to manage. | thebigshortfella
18/1/2018 13:30 | He is involved with a co working space in Bournemouth, just probably milking the soppy sod for all that he can get, he also works with the wife’s brand which is ice stationary. | soulcatcher |
