Downunder, we are seeing voip providers make inroads into traditional voice markets using SIP. There is also quite a bit of consolidation.

It seems undervalued compared to Australian peers.

Looks like 2013 could be good for this company.

Anoher good run. Little press comment. Once 300 goes we're in break out territory. Not many followers here it seems. I still reckon a bid could come in over the next 12 months.

Excellent points M1das, absolutely agree, but we have been picking up nice momentum recently, not so long ago we were touching 200. I sense we will be smashing through £3.00 soon !

Not to mention takeover interest recently, with the preliminary offer rebuffed as it wasn't 'compelling' enough for shareholders.

I'm quite surprised that there's seemingly so little interest in this company, it's profits are growing strongly, it's highly cash generative, nice cash pile, dividend growth of 15%...yet seems to be off the market's radar with very little buying in response to what are simply excellent results in difficult economic times.

Nice when it works out like that wanttowin :) I did the same, bought in at 247p a couple of weeks ago, based on good fundamentals & nice dividend. Chart looks good too, I think you're right that this could be heading towards £3.00 soon.

You are quite correct, I was reading the max allotted figure, but clearly that isn't going to happen.

If the company spends £5m buying shares at around 235p surely just over 2m shares will be cancelled out of 48.3 i.e. around 4.5% reduction in overall number of shares.
