INTERIM REPORT AND UNAUDITED INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019 (the "Interim Accounts")

Further to the publication of the Company's Interim Accounts on 25 March 2020, the Board would like to advise shareholders that, due to the ongoing Coronavirus crises and the public health directions issued by the States of Guernsey in relation to non-essential businesses, the Company is presently unable to send printed copies of the Interim Accounts to shareholders. Copies of the Interim Accounts will be provided to shareholders when the situation permits.
