I gather the recent meeting of the management went well and I hope the pr firm have been given a plan of action for news flow in the next few months. Pipeline and news flow suggests to me more than one good news coming our way.

pi's talking about contracts to be released soon, but don't you think the sellers of the 1.7m & 1.950m know about this too- they are not convinced?

This is great place to be IMOAny news will be good newsUnlike waiting for spud results or test hole results etc that is huge gamble.It held most of the previous rise and the battling going on yesterday shows how volatile and sharp this will rise when that RNS drops. GLA

Only my opinion but I hear news is still 2 weeks away so I would expect price to drift but 4-5p is enevitable once announcents out.

They used 'near term' in the April rns but nothing came but we do have Swick there now.

Yes.
I would challenge the last point though about the deals.
I don`t think the necessary structure was in place until the last fundraise. The company has retained staff, had to get credit ratings (so we are led to believe) and took over the BVI tax haven. All this may have been done so as to enable the business to be signed up. There is always heaps of compliance hoops to jump through.
The company has been quoted as saying that they are excited by the near term growth prospects. I would certainly expect some news before the end of October. I would certainly have expected deals to be progressed up until at least final sign off stage during the year.
We shall have to wait patiently to see what transpires.

My view on the company for what it's worth:

PROS

* Low market cap. Any decent deal should see the share price break 5p easily. Several large deals and 20p+ seems entirely realistic.
* BOD seem mostly experienced and decent.
* Chairman and BOD hold a good %age of the company.
* COO a leader in his field it seems.
* Low cash burn.
* Enough cash after the last fundraise to last them at least 6 months without any revenue.
* Don't seem to be massively feathering their nests with a £400k fundraise. Small size of fundraise may indicate that they expect revenue very soon.

CONS

* Chairman has a slightly chequered reputation, and 'executive chairmen' positions are often considered bad practice - though they might separate the roles as the company grows.
* Company links to BVI tax haven.
* COO had an oppo to buy shares and only spent £15k.
* Have been promising deals for some time but nothing materialised yet.

Does that seem fair?
