You can't think it's that ridiculous jung, if you've sold I mean, this is a slow process. I'm happy to hold but realistic that the share price could return to its ipo price even.

Looking poor now, they must be needing cash but at what price, the main market listing is a double edged sword, a raise is restricted to time limits but what happens if you need cash before that limit.

its dated as at 19 Dec 2017

yes, amazing he bought over 12m shs and the price hasn't moved at all!!

But possibly Net Worth client he would of be told of upcoming placings in co's, so doubt he would be buying here so soon - rather thatn in the placing

7 - what is the implication of today's RNS? Surely if MN has bought nearly 10 per cent of the company the price should be gong up, not down?

Talk on twitter private message group, that Darth trader known here as Toolsmoker, has offered them funds but at 1.2p, & they turned it down - guess they may raise soon at hopefully 1.5p - just shows how some of these HNW traders like getting in as low as possible just for their own trading benefit.

That tells me, he is expecting no news soon & the penny will drop to others, that will start selling off, due to no news on the Cayman Island Authority giving go ahead to their JV Fund - meaning they can't accept any funds in at all until the JV Fund has had all approvals given to them.

Hopefully they will only do a 20% max placing on their existing capital of 126m shs - approx. 25m placing shares - If they raise more than that, they will have to do a new Prospectus - then if they do, am pretty sure these will drop to 1p


If the BoD don't buy any in the placing, that will knock a lot of confidence out from small s/holders too - as since listing only D Swick has purchased a mere £15k worth only. Yet he is paid £90k pa

Quite agree 7. If we were near to a positive announcement I think buyers would be moving in - or selling up if the news is bad. Happy to hold.
