Glad I trade elsewhere, if I just had these in my portfolio I'd have slipped into a deep sleep by now. I'm sure we'll all be thankful for the dull stability in the months to come!

Heap cbdrelief, the market is as I see it is near saturation point without any positive sales figures, we all hope the shares are going to go through the roof, but the manufacturers need to produce some decent profits first before my feet get wet

MMs are working very hard today, they are either trying to work orders through or, they need to deliver stuff they have sold and so need to get shares in without the price rising

No,I don't think so. Looks there is a buyer who is trying to build a stake without moving the price too much. There were a lot of trades today and, so far there has been no sign of the seller who kept dumping sizeable lots - if the overhang has cleared we could get a decent rise but I would prefer something a little slower

Ignore the 300k, it matches another at the same price at the open.

INDV has been having issues for a long while. I think this particular event is press driven around the opiod "crisis" in the US. The interesting thing for me is that they are after the manufacturers, wholesalers and now INDV but seem to have missed out the people who actually write the scripts.

This is what comes of politicising the judicial process

I’ve been holding APH a long time and overall have always benefited, but I did get back in too early in Sept, believing (then wrongly) the fall had run it’s course. APH is relatively tightly held in the hands of a few big holders committed to the Company so consider a ‘take over’ unlikely. I’ve been monitoring this week’s events at INDV (glad to say at a distance), it’s a classic example of how vulnerable pharma products can be, in the short term.

80 will be as stubborn as 70 but beyond that I don't see much resistance until the buyers run out imo dyor ofc.

More likely to be a bid target, got 4-5 excellent, top class products-and a basic stable of goods-all selling well but each with big potential-could as easily see 160p on the back of worldwide sales.

The share price will go well above 80p in the coming months, the fundamentals dictate a target price in region of 80p-90p. IMO.

there is a 1 M trade reported this morning

No idea if it is a buy or a sell. That could have been in the making for the last month

Irish news gives the co a bit of a boost.
My comment about 'big seller' was really aimed at Fund Managers like Neil Woodford whose holdings can be quite substantial, but subject to apparently irrational decision-making due to client withdrawals en masse.
Not saying he was a holder here, but he does have a (mixed) reputation for supporting/investing in biotech/pharma cos.

Hi Maz, I recall similar events to you, after buying in at 20p, selling out at 10p then buying back at 5p... a long time ago now! These daily price gyrations are for traders and short term holders, I do believe that the company will go from strength to strength, albeit not in a straight line though.

I wish you luck with your holding, I believe that recent acquisitions will prove to be well made and make Alliance far more global than in the past.

We all have our reasons for selling, some times to try another sector, other times time to ‘prove you’re simply not wedded’ to a share as I have been guilty of here, however I once sold APH at 64p having bought some at 14p and 26p several years earlier. My latest entry was to buy back in at 83p having seen it tumble from highs of around £1.02p and judged (wrongly) it was time to get back in and now see it’s slowly recovering. APH has had its share of disappointments since I first bought into it 10 years ago. Eg. I recall the Sanofi disaster (floods in Canada) had an immediate and sudden negative effect on APH and took several years for its share price to recover. Recently I was £9k down in just a matter of months, but during my long experience of holding, I believe these events are temporary setbacks and remain confident things will in the long term improve. Ever the optimist

Looks like a big sell went through
Bid dropped 2p on no real trades

Worth checking at 16:35
