15/2/2016 18:17 | I take the view it could have gone bust last week, last month,or years ago. It has not. It also has a division making twice today's market cap. ( see accounts) This company is turning over £127M a year. 50P down to 2P The name of the game is to do it the other way round | wood fire
15/2/2016 18:03 | bozzy Are you on twitter as I've always valued your opinions on here ? | sharetips6
15/2/2016 17:44 | One or two other things to consider, beyond the potential AIM delisting (not necessarily a disaster for shareholders, given the share price performance on AIM), and today's profitable results. On the face of it a good risk/reward ratio, especially if they look to list on a different market in a few years. Biggest risk is they are insolvent. Net current liabilities of £31m. However it seems they have often been in that position and still managed to survive. It would take a brave investor to buy before they delist. Best make it a tiny proportion of one's portfolio and mentally write it off to zero. May be in for a nice OCZ type surprise later (announced delist from AIM when 5p, rallied on final day's trading to 10p, relisted on NASDAQ couple of years later and went above 500p before going bust). | bozzy_s
15/2/2016 15:55 | Underlying profit = to its market cap.! | wood fire
15/2/2016 15:48 | One can not rule out a bid for this company (or parts of it.) It is valued at just ONE MILLION POUNDS | wood fire
15/2/2016 15:14 | Results out today £127M turnover and £500,000 profit. Market cap £1M Reason : The company has said today they may delist from AIM. THE COST SAVING OF DOING THAT WOULD BE BEST PART OF £300,000 P/A £500,000 plus £300,000 = £800,000 IN ONE YEAR AND THREE MONTHS YOU COULD HAVE EPS = TO TODAYS BUYING PRICE. The company may or may not delist from AIM if it does YOU ARE STILL A SHAREHOLDER. | wood fire
13/11/2015 14:00 | Mesquida, yes, mate, the reaction here so far is interesting... KBE surged 600% yesterday on a million quid coming in... ALLG has received 3m quid today, almost as much as its entire marcap... | skier100
13/11/2015 12:22 | Surprising that nobody else has picked up on this Skier100. After all, this deal averts what could have been a fairly nasty short term cash crisis, whilst also suggesting that Roger Allard is committed to the idea of trying to recover some equity value for us long suffering shareholders. Did I really pay 180p or so for this back in 2007 or was it 2008 ? Yes, sadly I did ! | mesquida
13/11/2015 11:48 | ~£125m revenue ~£3m *cash sale* today ~£4m marcap... | skier100
25/10/2015 16:43 | Re Friday's announcement that Argos holdings now have less than 3percent, I was not aware that they previously had more than 3percent. Certainly they were not shown as a disclosable shareholder in the last Report and Accounts, and since then there had not been an RNS relating to their holding. | mesquida
09/10/2015 15:21 | What's going on here ? company being taken private at 15p ? Can't believe it's anything to do with fundamentals. | gfrae

05/4/2015 21:47 | ALLG could well benefit... Travel companies are gearing up for the over-55s to spend thousands of pounds of their retirement pots on multi-generational cruises and flights to far-flung destinations as billions of pounds of money tied up in pensions is made available. Research commissioned on the eve of pension reforms reveals that up to three-quarters of people who are planning to withdraw pension money under the changes being introduced on Monday are considering spending some of it on travel. | diku
20/2/2015 16:02 | No. The free float is tiny. | emmo1210
16/2/2015 19:54 | Results out today and hardly any shares traded....is it worth being a listed company own its own?..... | diku

08/1/2015 18:48 | This could easily get taken over by a bigger holiday/leisure company....No Advice Intended... | diku
