2x 2M delayed buys shown up, someone is loading up in the open market absorbing all the shares on offer. 1p could come sooner than I thought.

Hoping for another good start today after yesterday's strong close. 3x TR1's to drop Monday/Tuesday with 2 investment companies taking a large portion in this latest raise at 0.5p to purchase another 1.2M ASLR warrants at a price of 70p. Also expecting Akers to increase.

Hi Soul, it's difficult to predict, if you look at YOLO as an example it 5 bagged before coming up for air, if this follows suit then we should be looking at 1p before further news on company direction. Guesswork though at this stage.

If people read the RNS' properly they will see that the co. were always looking to take more ASLR, originally at 0.4p but they managed to do it at 0.5p. It's clear to see the placings are a way of allowing Akers and his crew to buy big chunks of stock ahead of the grand plan. If the co. didn't do the placings then they wouldn't have been able to take the stock they have done at 0.2 & 0.5p. This has all the hallmarks of an ASLR, check out the early days at YOLO, huge similarities. There doesn't seem to be plans for another placing either. 3x TR1's to come Monday/Tuesday next week after the shares have been admitted on 3rd.In addition to the above it's saved the company from issuing a further 87M shares by being able to get the placing away at 0.5p and they've agreed to take the ASLR warrants off Akers hands at 70p when it was originally going to be 85p. Winner all round.

Superb news. Chris Akers about to take the rest of his fill. More of his mates getting in prior to the master plan being unveiled.

Starting to hit a few radars now... people have seen what Akers previous ventures have done and want a slice, unsurprisingly.

Akers last couple of ventures have returned multiples for investors. YOLO/ASLR specifically has done 50 bags from his original entry and the setup of AAA looks very similar, even with the same TR1 holder in from the start. Hoping for a replication of what ASLR has done to date, had to take the opportunity to buy near the bottom after seeing Akers TR1.

I always wondered when this would turn up on the bbs.it might look like a scam. but instead of moaning from the sidelines, better to get stuck in. They'll obviously do something with it at £1 million market cap. Look at Dev Clever's recent performance if you're in doubt, and let's see what priceASLR returns to the market.

!FOLLOWFEED All Active Asset Capital, formally All Asia Asset Capital (and still is with some brokers) Chris Akers has just taken a position in the company 14.94% as of 26th March ‘20. Further TR1 to follow after the latest placing carried out at 0.5p 30th March '20 to purchase a further 1,200,000 warrants in ASLR at 70p. Plus more TR1's to land as a result of 2 companies taking significant shareholdings. Similarities to YOLO/ASLR which 50 bagged from Akers original entry point. TR1’s landing after recent placing prior to any action, Gledhow Investments of particular interest as they also invested in YOLO before things kicked off there. Hoping for an ASLR Mk2.

Management, an update please on the Dawei project (are you pre-qualified still for gas-fired power plant studies via APU)? And when will APU be taken over by that suitor?

I expect big things this year from AAA (illiquid stock) They are invested in a company APU which is an energy provider to the proposed Dawai Port Well, that mega-port project is getting ever closer: 3 Mar 2015 Two Thai construction companies are expected to sign an agreement with the Myanmar government to start developing the first phase of the Dawei megaproject. Somjet Tinnapong, managing director of Dawei... The first phase will cover 27 square kilometres at a cost of 20 billion baht, he said. "The investment budget will be for infrastructure systems such as a small deep-sea... HTTp://www.bangkokpost.com/news/asean/487588/ital-thai-rojana-in-dawei-deal. History: All Asia Asset Capital Limited currently holds a minority stake in Andaman Power and Utility Company Limited (“APU”), a privately held company based in Thailand and Myanmar, which operates in the development of utility plants and the provision of electricity. APU has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to act as an electricity and utility provider of Dawei (the capital city of the Tanintharyi Region in Myanmar) and its surrounding cities. APU plans to develop a power plant deploying Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) technology to generate up to 500MW of electricity. Under the terms of the MOU, the Myanmar government has agreed to facilitate the project development including commissioning a feasibility study, the provision of gas supply, arrangements for land acquisition, preferential treatment on duties and taxation, purchasing the electricity generated by the utility plant developed by APU and supplying it to the regional and national grid upon completion of the project. Also: All Asia Asset Capital Limited (AIM: AAA), an investment company focused on investing in the growing markets of the Asia Pacific region, notes the recent press comment in Thailand regarding Andaman Power and Utility Company Limited ("APU"), a privately owned company based in Myanmar and Thailand which operates in the development of utility plants and the provision of electricity. As at the date of this announcement, AAA owns 7.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of APU and has invested a total of US$1.80 million in cash consideration in APU. The Board of AAA was also recently made aware of an announcement released by CyberPlanet Interactive Public Company Limited ("CyberPlanet"), a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, that it has convened a shareholder meeting on 30 April 2015 to, inter alia, seek its shareholders' approval for the acquisition of 100 per cent. of the issued capital of APU with the consideration proposed to its shareholders being a total of 340 million Baht in cash (equivalent to approximately US$10.62 million* or £7.11 million*). In addition to requiring the approval of shareholders of CyberPlanet, the announcement also stated that the proposed acquisition of APU will be subject to, inter alia, share and purchase agreements being entered into between CyberPlanet and the shareholders of APU (including AAA).
