20/4/2023 15:00 | Social media needs to play the long game | daddycoold
20/4/2023 14:47 | Of course there were no sales revenues and therein lies the misrepresentation. | the modeller
20/4/2023 14:33 | Actually yes you can pin the woes of the company on a WWFO especially when that companies only source of revenue is through sales of its equity position that just so happens the claimant had taken a massive short on and gave them time to spread fear and doubt through their social media outlets. | daddycoold
20/4/2023 14:25 | Sadly, this thread has been infiltrated by one or two bots intent on creating more negativity. It may well be that AAA is a lost cause or it may well be that it is not. | ianbonjour1
20/4/2023 14:19 | Read the defence. There is more context. If you read it correct and are able to have an objective opinion you might have another opinion. Anyway DYOR. | wolveraim
20/4/2023 14:07 | It s a low bar to obtain a freezing order and equally not difficult to overturn one but you can t pin the woes of these companies on a brief WWFO. Furthermore, I would be wary of overstating the value of Sentiance - a Co with systems that permit itself to bumped for 2mm EUR by a start-up is not a good look. | the modeller
20/4/2023 08:03 | If the defence files are true it's looking super bad for the candy man. GLA | mrsqueezy
20/4/2023 05:19 | CV destroyed all shareholder value in not one but 3 companies with his WWFO. In view of flakey evidence it could end up very bad for them. Reap what one sows springs to mind.. the press has gone to town on its defamation of RB. I wonder who's side they're on ? Shame on the lot of them have they no dignity at all ? I would like to see RB take them all down. | daddycoold
19/4/2023 17:52 | Following the court case Candy Ventures - AAQUA/Bonnier and especially the latest defence document? Maybe ask yourself who brought CV in. DYOR. But you probably don't do any research like many others. Judgements based on thin air. So lets wait and see how this turns out. | wolveraim
19/4/2023 13:39 | Hi all. Not only do I have a considerable number of shares in this company which was suggested by a very good friend but I also leant this so called friend £15k to put in on top of what he had already as his credit rating was not good. I realise how incredibly stupid this is so please no comments relating to that but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar. I’m not sure I should name him properly his initials as PE and he has links to Brecon Llandovery and Carmarthen. I have tried to contact him endlessly through various means but have had no response. I’m not looking for sympathy but I am a single mum of 2 and this has wiped not only my savings which is my stupid fault but I’m still paying off a loan for this PE. Any help would be greatly appreciated. | lucy70
19/4/2023 08:08 | Who introduced Bonnier to AAA Aaqua and Dev Clever? | snowyflake
18/4/2023 21:50 | I don't even know who I have shares with anymore can't remember can anyone tell me ? | mststock
13/4/2023 18:16 | Bonnier is a proper f@@king crook. Pay up you sleaze bag | mkmmkm1
13/4/2023 15:02 | Nick Candy makes his accusation, puts a spurious unproven claim and WWFO on Aaqua. And now RB and MP are to blame for the collapse of a company. NC who was so broke and couldn't even sure up his WWFO on Aaqua as he had leveraged his own shares with the bank, and his infamous take everyone in the world to court if it's not going my way claims. Has he got nothing to do with it ? NC should have just let it ride out, afterall covid kind of played a big part in delaying lots of business's and forecasts. But as soon as covid was over NC put in his claim. | daddycoold
13/4/2023 10:50 | Just had a catch up on this. Dont suppose anyone wants to buy my shares off me do they?! 😂 | riley231
13/4/2023 02:34 | Get something back? Nah...these scumbags are going to ask for more money so we can pay their wages and squander more cash on something they can't value. Poor management from a bunch of amatuers - AAA, board of directors in Aaqua Best thing we can do is just take the capital loss and hope the likes of Bonnier, Michael Power etc. getting jail time. I read Tim Cook is in London - I bet he has never heard of Aaqua LOL | jr87
12/4/2023 08:22 | Maybe AAA want to buy us out for nothing so that Rosen can go buy Sentiance and keep it all for himself. Hence why he put in his new BOD. | daddycoold
11/4/2023 21:41 | Open offer to shareholders…. | el cid48
11/4/2023 20:31 | New announcement out, I am afraid it doesn't make good reading. | robrob1690
23/3/2023 04:07 | In December Rodger Sargent and 2 other non-execs were removed and replaced with three ex Aaqua employees who had all left Aaqua end February 2022 presumably because they realized what was going on (jumped or pushed) New Executive Director Colin McQuade was on the AAA board for the year up to February 2022 when he moved across to Aaqua full-time - but lasted less than a month! Still waiting for the new board's "Strategic Review". Anyone had any contact with McQuade? | jschofs8
20/3/2023 17:11 | Ask Rodger Sargent | wooty01
20/3/2023 09:07 | Yes, not willing to disclose even basic information such as AAA bank balance after paying away proceeds of the December 2021 placement, presumably to RB. Perfectly reasonable stance since company went private and under BVI regs no need to give such information to mere shareholders. No understanding why the big shareholders are not holding him/them to account - or maybe they are behind closed doors? | jschofs8 |
