Probably just milking the funds dry with their exorbitant directors fees.

Anyone heard from AAA Chairman J Normand recently? Waiting for the new board's "Strategic Review" promised for early 2023.

Still, it would be nice to hear from him, just to see what his thinking is.

Anyone who allows one investment to ruin their life does not have realistic expectations. This share was always a very high risk with the distinct possibility of total loss. If I lose my stake I will be disappointed but there are lots of stakes in lots of companies.

A chance to redeem himself, but alas proves that the leopard doesn't change his spots. Quite clever manipulation of the British stock market indeed

I received the same query from Katie by email....she also said that 'we(The Times)are actively investigating this'.

I had previously contacted her re AAA's treatment of shareholders so she could link our predicament with Bonnier, who was the subject of her Times article.
My message was more anecdotal than forensic.

Should anyone on the postings feel like giving her a more legalistic summary of our situation (or contact the FCA) it could only help our cause.

I spoke to Katie and she asked if anyone as shareholders has complained to the FCA or AAA directly. Has anyone on the postings done this?

I wonder if Katie Prescott will take up our cause....we're the definition of 'having been affected'.

For the sake of completeness, and for the optimists amongst us, the article finished with a quote from Keith Davidson, chief technical officer at Aaqua:
"While the worldwide freezing orders have set back Aaqua's launch schedule by several months and affected our available resources, the product remains viable and is expected to be launched in 2023."
And finally a note from the editor:
If you have been affected by the collapse of Aaqua, please contact (article author) katie.prescott@thetimes.co.uk.

Basically they're suggesting the scent of Bonniers deception and legacy as a full time scammer and sociopath. Deceiving the investors of his plan whilst making money for himself and his mates. Alongside that no providing tax returns for his ill gotten gains.

Changing the board, or is it bored ? Let's face it AAA hasn't done anything other than fund the Folly of Aaqua, if it had pursued Sentiance earlier with some of these funds we could have been up and running on a main market by now. Aaqua still nothing to show for itself after how many years ? Wasnt Sentiance supposed to supply the tech behind Aaqua ? Seems at this rate we will never know.

AAQUA COURT CASE
Bonnier and AAQUA have estimated damages owed by Candy to be in the region of £97-$144M.
Are suing for loss of earnings due to Candy managing to freeze their assets without good reason.
