Given the small mkt cap, even after rising from £1 to £3, and the limited free float (Atherley and Quinn own nearly 50%)its hardly surprising that the stock price gyrates around as much as it does.

Tees Valley Lithium signs agreement with Weardale Lithium to establish an integrated lithium supply-chain in North East England

Alkemy Capital Investments plc ("Alkemy") (ALK:LSE) is pleased to announce that it's wholly owned subsidiary Tees Valley Lithium Ltd (" TVL ") has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Weardale Lithium Limited (" WL "), an innovative natural resources company that aims to provide secure and sustainable, domestic supply of lithium with associated geothermal energy from underground brines in Weardale, County Durham.

Planning approval just granted to build the TVL plant (link here hxxps://www.alkemycapital.co.uk/news) is the driver of the share price rise today...and I suspect there were some who knew the announcement was close given the share price moves that we've seen in recent weeks. Now we just need the finance to build it. I've again top-sliced. Probably too early, but taking some profits is never a bad thing.

TVL simpler, more obvious for lenders to understand, demand pressure higher, more feedstock options, more potential customers...... could leepfrog now aisi.

Support both but out of Pensana some 18m back.
