Still a long way to go with this project in terms of financing etc., but I guess that is why it is only valued at £11m currently. A share price rising on the back of tweets alone always makes me somewhat sceptical, but as a holder happy to be at last in reasonable profit with this one.

Lease agreement should be end of month which will go a long way to determining how well advanced the project is. Then permitting due November.

Some IFs are bigger than others...and for a company miles from producing any cashflow I would say that they are big here! But I'm happy to roll the dice with it.

Limiting to 10% max for the speculative PF. Very high upside potential but may also come to nothing. Going the right way presently.
