Well it’s better value at £1.85 than it was at £5. There was never much room for manoeuvre or disappointment in that topped valuation.

The selling shareholders (Exec Chairman and CEO) took a £29 million dividend before the IPO and sold £250 million of stock in the IPO itself.

Two of the co-founders sold their shares pre-IPO - 36% was sold for £29.4 million in September 2015, and 20% was sold for £25 million in May 2016. So these deals valued the company at £82 million and £125 million, respectively - less than ten times the current market cap.

Slow motion car crash. Still hugely over-valued.

Thankfully I only had a small punt on this......they were 412p exactly one year ago. What a 12 months work that is.

Yet another dog of a recently listed company.

This is still valued at well over 500 million on relatively small revenues and tiny profits.

Agree with the over reaction. This is probably similar to MCRO in a sense which made a decent recovery after a massive drop post- profit warning.

Profit warning midday on a Friday is very cheeky. If management thought they could get away with that then they are obviously very naive!Could go down a lot further.
