ALCENTRA EUROPEAN FLOATING RATE INCOME FUND LIMITED

The following amendment has been made to the Dividend Declaration announcement released on 11 April 2019 at 13:55hrs under RNS No 9414V. The dividend per share should be 1.13p; instead of 1.113p. All other details remain unchanged.

Interim Dividend

The Board of Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Limited has declared an interim dividend in respect of the period 1 January 2019 to 31 March 2019 of 1.13p per share, payable on 17 May 2019 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register at 23 April 2019, in line with the Company's dividend objective.

The ex-dividend date is 18 April 2019.
