Anyway enough of your diversionary stupidity, Alba ran 36 ton of bulk sample through the wash plant and got zero gold!?

That sample you reported as being high grade gold ore many grams to the ton yet no gold vane from it and as another lie you sent all concentrate metals from it to assay rather than report the wash plant results!?

Lies, scams, hiding the truth, faking figures it's all perfectly obvious!?

'Pinocchio told lies also,do you have a big nose ryan ?

You never tell the whole story and truth, naughty boy.'

I tell the whole story, vendor hasn't taken the offer and won't till it reaches 0.2 then 0.4 and they still own royalty on any gold so no Alba aren't %100 owners are they pinocchio lololol!?

What were the terms!?

The share price hasn't hit the level specified in the terms so fyi the deal is not done it's only in acceptance not finalisation.

So you technically so not own %100 and unless the share price hits 0.2 then 0.4 the royalty and repayment are not complete.

Therefore you do not own %100 and another company still has rights to the gold and part ownership moron.

Please print the terms of the deal stop hiding the real facts moron!?

Alba are technically not %100 owners and GF hides these facts in his lies, the deal was reported in an RNS, if you can't scroll and find it you shouldn't be on these boards let alone talking at such levels about a company you now seem to admit you know very little about moron!?

==========================
So you are saying that Alba are sending out false information via RNS?

Clogau Update

Completion of Acquisition

Further to its announcement on 23 August 2022, Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM: ALBA) is pleased to announce that it has now completed the acquisition of a further 10 per cent interest in Gold Mines of Wales Limited ("GMOW") on the terms set out in that announcement. Accordingly, Alba now holds a 100 per cent interest in the Clogau Gold Project situated within the Dolgellau Gold Belt in North Wales, United Kingdom (the "Project").

I didn't mention that, the ilmenite liscence Alba hold has permafrost, glacier and standing water issues as well as no natural port in the case if Thule and Bluejay. It is for these reasons

* Bluejay dropped it even despite it being so cheap they could hold for a long time

* In over six years nothing has come from it.

Ilmenite is plentiful elsewhere, Greenland is a no infastructure, non industry skilled country in the middle of nowhere and $64 million wouldn't even cover what was needed to push ahead with production.

All a junior Aim company like Alba can hope for is they sell the liscence for a profit, they cannot find development or get the backing to go it themselves and due to zero interest in them all they can do is repeatedly drill and sell more jam tomorrow to private investors looking for a short buzz then massive loss on their investment.

That's what's happened!?

From the Lease lordoflodes says

"Alba own the Land for Clogau gold mine.. 100% Welsh Gold and not Chinese Gold sold as Wales Gold that advertises Clogau. Though there are Welsh Jewellery Companies that only do 100% Welsh Gold"

No Alba do not own the land, they own a mineral exploration right nothing more, NRW and private owners own the land the mine is situated on.

Clogau jewellery simply put in a fraction of Welsh gold, they do not hide this fact and sell provenance not Welsh gold but although their manufacturing moved to China they are still Welsh and very popular.

As they explain they have a good stock of gold independently verified by the World Gold Authority and many gold planners on their books to keep that supply constant and not needing to mine or worry about reserves.

And yes there are a host of companies that do %100 Welsh gold products but demand is low and premium high due to scarcity, Alba have no monopoly and aren't the only company with Welsh gold liscences looking for gold as Sarn Helen hold more and are not restricted by laws and permits using private land not NRW and national park land.

RyanRhys@9902:

You mentioned ILMENITE from ALBA. We could be interested in 2000ktpa of their HMS from their PSP (with ~10%ILMENITE) at US$18/MT f.o.b. their loading ramp [ at the SE end of their EL ] as dumped into our waiting barge-train < kemismelt@yahoo.com >. A suitable PSP will cost them just US$64million CAPEX as commissioned turnkey by Indian vendors.

It's all in the RNS Alba released, obviously too thick to follow and understand details such as!?

But if there's gold and you have a wash plant why run one sample!? In two years you could have run fifty, auctioned the gold for profit and publicity... Seems to me and many others that Alba had obvious paths to prove and not loose sentiment but independently elected to not accomplish what would be the easiest of tasks.

There in lies the reason we're calling this a failure, saying there's no gold and with an expert geologist who has mining experience simply another scam in a long list of failed companies that went here and found absolutely nothing!?

Stella resources produces glorious assays of high grades of gold from the material they then went on to run through their wash plant before finding nothing and quitting the site.... Seems that's what Alba are doing only Stella didn't take six years and high wage packets like GF and so the term lifestyle company sticks to them like flies!?

See why your struggling and month after month more sell out!?

Please show evidence I am the Roberts or stop accusing me of being so moron lololol!?

Works both ways dosent it now sulk off because you have zero evidence yet I've already shown the vendor is liable to a percentage of Alba's gold and the mine plus the share price hasn't risen to 2.0 and 4.0 so still won't have accepted Alba's deal and hence their original percentage and ownership still stands noob!?

Your just so thick, we've already discussed this!?

Please show the evidence stating that the Roberts have royalties to any gold found by Alba and the percentage.

"The Company has signed a stand-alone Bulk Sampling Lease with The Crown Estate which means that the Company will own any gold recovered from the processing of the 36-tonne bulk sample extracted during the underground bulk sampling programme which was completed last month. As such, Alba will be entitled to retain all sale proceeds from the sale of that gold, subject to paying The Crown Estate a Net Realisable Value (NRV) royalty of 4% of the proceeds of sale (and if the proceeds are derived from post smelting values then the NRV will be determined after deducting the costs of smelting, refining and transporting the concentrate or unprocessed ore to the smelter)."

Clogau neither need nor want these mines, they know NRW won't let anyone mine here (oh dear I said here again, Thaibob now thinks I live in Wales!? moron!?) and have been down that route.

They get plenty of gold every year and aren't short. Those who pan for them find more than enough, in fact I'd say they have a few years surplus as well!?

Ramping idiots lololol!?

Firstly there is going to be no case and that's not manipulation in its legal sense, your so uneducated it's actually funny. If that was the case most of these boards would be in jail by now. In fact name the last case from these boards where someone said something and was prosecuted.... I'll wait whilst you do your research and prove yourself stupid lolol.... No seriously I'm waiting!?

I don't live in Wales you moron and you have no concept of the English language do you lolol. Saying here dosent mean I'm there, it means here at Clogau there were over 300 mines surrounding it and in the area.... What part means I live there you utter fool... Laughable are you drunk again!?

No actually the vendor holds royalties and a part of the mine, Alba didn't pay the amount they simply issued a share offer which won't ever be in affect till the price over 0.2 then 0.4 so yes they do own part of any gold found moron.

But the Roberts aren't short of gold, since the old news stories saying their supply was getting low they bought every auction piece but their main supply comes from liscences planners across the country who get paid a premium for their work, some are full time find more than enough every year. How on earth do you think they have kept running for the last decade you moron.... They have a good supply of Welsh gold already and barely put a fraction of a percentage in each piece so they never really needed much in the first place.

God you lot are thick, this all been explained before, been in TV programs, the news etc etc etc!?
