20/6/2022 09:19 | Sorry for the double post,it was deliberate. | thaibob1
20/6/2022 07:06 | Albas already failed, all it had to do was find big partners with deep pockets of hundreds of millions or scoop out tons of gold in Wales and since neither happened and the whole wide market had no interest your cash has dried up and share price crashed to a very low low. It couldn't get any worse, no permits, bats otters, previous failed companies using the waste pits, not even a gram of gold let alone economic amounts. Most of the permit was lies, they can't give a deadline because they are making no serious effort. Even then why haven't they started processing the waste although they now revise that figure down to under a gram a ton..... Bad management, lack of development, jumping from one to the other instead of ant focus, they all sit idle except one week a year. Nothing added value or interest, just sunk your investments into wages and a few drillings and those few and far apart. Limerick is the worst, over a decade plugging it and there's no economic mineralisation. But now Alba's at an end that arm of the division will fill away cease to trade!? | ryanrhys
20/6/2022 06:25 | On and on he goes, your terrified Alba will be successful, get used to it Mr Roberts it's happening. | thaibob1
20/6/2022 06:08 | I think most see that assays and drillings have been falsified by now. The last to mine in the 90's declared this exhausted, Stellar got nothing from the pits despite glorious assay figures yet again. There no gold, Alba have lied and couldn't get physical proof. The q&a answers the dewatering questions i.e. they won't get one, they aren't working with NRW and it was all lies again. The bid price is now at 0.16 and only dropping!? Alba is a scam but now it's broke and lacks cash it's failing to keep a share price or even listed on Aim. | ryanrhys
20/6/2022 03:03 | Mr Roberts, you paint a terrible picture and you've told us many times before, give it a rest your very boring now. | thaibob1
19/6/2022 23:32 | Because if you ask for a market price on useless assets the market has no interest in you get book price which can be calculated by adding spends to cost of liscence. I can buy land with millions in coal but the asset is worthless because no one will develop it. Clogau was declared exhausted, mined and explored everywhere and hence why a liscence only costs £7500. Greenland is in the middle of nowhere, no infastructure, no real mining and has always attained the book price not market value. Here is why they are desperate to get a Jorc valuation but Jorc is heavily peer reviewed by the market and it doesn't see any worth in much of Greenland. Now Bluejay i.e. Finnaust did £5million studies in the space of a year to generate a) Finished mine plan b) Interest from Royal IRC and Rio Tonto who then gave tens of millions and plant equipment for further development. Alba (by now) Greenroc are nowhere near this level, still doing small drills and such zero bathymetry or anything that would attract any interest. Who is going to ship all the ore the thousands of miles to market, who even wants the ore..... Zero interest why you get at most a book price. GF only bought these liscences to ramp, gold, oil, graphite etc etc. The realisation that none will get developed has sunk everything and after years and years they are no further along than the day they were bought. A scam, bottom feeders, lifestyle company with no chance of any revenue or interest. Over a hundred years of exploration at Clogau, over 300 known mines let alone the ones not recorded, declared exhausted, mines and waste pits ran by the last companies who found nothing..... Stellar left so quickly no one could ask why there was no gold despite wash plant and high assays recorded. It's why Alba haven't submitted any plans or permits for the waste pits because they know they have falsified assays and upon running the plant it won't produce gold. | ryanrhys
19/6/2022 15:23 | Alba net asset value..12 pence. Roughly current m.c 10.5 pence. Net asset value does not change unless there is corporate action or a financial happening generates a rerate. Lots of Stuff is not in the price due to the early nature of the business. The share price should be underpinned at these levels. | bobdown2
19/6/2022 10:18 | And another deramp from Mr Roberts | thaibob1
19/6/2022 09:37 | The question and answer was terrible, it didn't answer a single question, GF actually stubbled and stuttering through most and all we know is they have no deadline for dewatering.... I thought you would like to miss the last episode of disaster but I'm not trying to avoid anything and that q&a told everyone what they didn't want to hear... Broke, no gold and no chance!? For god's sake GF didn't even answer much just forget what he was saying and mumble about Greenland lolol a total embarrassment and investors now know it's an all out failure now!? | ryanrhys
19/6/2022 08:27 | Looks like the resident moron is trying to nullify last weeks question and answer session. That means theres more reason to read it. Aside. Crypto. I would imagine there may have been some selling on here that has been crypto related. Lots of people hold shares and crypto. By now most will have taken their losses.? The news on here has been very good and in the near term we are due some more news out of groc.. it will be on the paperwork side that allows the mine to be developed. They are hoping to develop a world class asset. | bobdown2
19/6/2022 00:53 | Thank you for the reply Mr Roberts I just knew you would. | thaibob1
18/6/2022 23:57 | If you want Welsh hand crafted pure gold Jewelry there's a few on line already doing that, Clogau conquered the mass market it wasn't about how much gold per piece they use but I'll agree it is so heavily diluted the ring is more Chinese or African than Welsh. You seem to think Welsh Jewelry has some big draw and whereas it does sell for more it isn't the entity you think it is. It's days have been and gone, a revival wouldn't be much and there's already plenty of every type on the market. Clogau made affordable pieces, imagine a pure range would have even less turnover and customers. You think you can just pull up at Clogau, find gold and become jewellers.... Not that easy, you can't find gold and jewelry has already been done and selling as we speak. The Roberts tried these mines, they still own lots of land there probably even the part Alba can't enter. For all their mining they got very little over a few years and closed but there came the idea to dilute it heavily. No one wants any Welsh gold and there's lots available to buy if they did. Have the mines gathered any interest from mining or gold companies..... No!? Have all the other available leases in Wales had any interest in decades..... No!? Has Clogau asked for a premium deal offering millions for the rights.....No!? Alba's failed to find gold, done no development, had no interest and now has run out of cash. Why a drone survey, why haven't they started processing the pits, why didn't they apply for multiple permits years ago to cove all and any obvious future developments..... Alba = Scam | ryanrhys
17/6/2022 22:48 | I'm afraid Noobz that is old news and Ben did go onto mine, they actually owned the land sold and I was asking what mineral rights they might have left but no one wants to research just ramp unfortunately. I emailed the Roberts but didn't receive a reply and then because I had looked into it got accused of being the said people of interest. The Roberts were well before GMOW, in fact they have owned a guesthouse and large areas which you can still see in their last tax return. They actually found gold but it pretty much bankrupt them so Clogau was formed and they make a few million each every year from that. They have no intention of mining or buying and liscences and have been one of the sole buyers on most Welsh gold at auction for some time with enough stock for many years to come. | ryanrhys
17/6/2022 12:02 | Everyone normally looks at dewatering or fundraising for obvious. But very few have tried to judge the approximate value of the four different parts of the business. Net asset value cannot be used here because of the changing nature that permit agreements bring to the table that increase the worth of the assets. Unfortunately the newly announced holder of over 5% of groc seems to be holding the price back and the increasing value of the resources seem to be at a massive discount to what they are really worth. | bobdown2
17/6/2022 10:09 | Added 1m before yesterdays q and a. That's enough for me until my other finances improve. Just need to monitor alba, groc and h.h and adjust to my higher outgoings. I'm confident that Greenland by itself is worth the current m.c. note where the new CEO has all the connections. Could it beat clogua to be producing first Loads of value here. | bobdown2
16/6/2022 18:42 | Who's ryan ? Never heard of him, he must be a nobody 😂😂 | thaibob1
16/6/2022 16:34 | All looking very good for the future.I am sure Ryan will be along soon to rip it apart. https://videos.voxma | birchin
16/6/2022 13:45 | Uave are doing the Ariel survey I previously sent a link on one of the sites regarding this. In there newsletter they mentioned they were working on permits and will be attempting to carry it out over the summer | noobz
16/6/2022 11:20 | Thanks noobz. Another factor and another permit is the Ariel survey. Unfortunately the current market conditions do not like waiting and time scales in mining are not short term. Dewatering is the ideal solution and that is why the management are waiting. Hopefully some news today | bobdown2 |
