The Company announces that Bruce Robinson, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, exercised options under the Company Share Option Plan to acquire 68,174 ordinary shares of GBP0.000125 each (Ordinary Shares) on 3 June 2020.

Following the above transactions the number of the Company's Ordinary Shares in which Bruce Robinson has an interest has increased to 634,727 Ordinary Shares.
