Director/PDMR Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces that Louis Petherick, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has exercised options under the Company Share Option Plan to acquire 55,553 ordinary shares of GBP0.000125 each (Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of GBP0.54 per Ordinary Share, with 7,319 Ordinary Shares being immediately sold at a price of GBP4.10 per Ordinary Share to pay the exercise price. Both transactions took place on 7 January 2020.

Following the above transactions the number of Ordinary Shares in which Louis Petherick has an interest increased to 213,340 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.052% of the issued share capital.
