01/6/2011 07:35 | Kennyruss, nothing like a bit of rain to help things along. AISI could be in a worse state and I presume they are still looking at selling a couple of the other sites so there could be some good news yet. | marab

28/4/2011 19:27 | Fantastic trading update from DUPD, interesting market outlook from them: Market Overview In 2010, Ukraine continued to emerge from the crisis following and strengthening the recovery trend started in the second half of 2009. It became obvious to both landlords and property occupiers that the market has passed its low point and that time is coming for taking investment decisions and resuming business expansion. This conception resulted in a number of investment transactions recorded in the local market for the first time since 2H2008, recovery of end-users' demand for quality commercial space, and further yield compression. According to Colliers International, prime yields compressed from 15-18% to 12-14% in 2010, although no investment transactions were recorded at these levels. Principal market indicators have improved across all property sectors, with retail real estate sector leading the trend due to a surge in consumer spending and significant undersupply of quality shopping space. Debt finance has remained largely unavailable restraining the pace of the market recovery although not halting it completely. However, the starting shift of the banks' interest from government bonds to corporate and consumer lending bodes well for the growth of the commercial and residential property markets in 2011-2012. | envirovision

29/3/2011 12:00 | yeh I know Marab, usually I set these threads up no problem... | kennyruss
29/3/2011 07:33 | p@, that's the trouble with a stock that is totally under the radar with no news. Next news I would expect would be more rental agreements, although news of sales of some of the other properties could come at any time. By that I mean the management have said they are prepared to sell a couple of sites, and that would be company changing. We have seen how fast this share moves up on small buys and I would love to see how it moves on good news. Meanwhile the next big news will be kennyruss setting up a new AISI thread, hint hint. | marab
29/3/2011 07:22 | The share price seems to be falling with no deals on plus or LSE? | p@

17/3/2011 12:35 | lol, well they need to wait until tonight | kennyruss
17/3/2011 11:15 | Another 15 posts and it will be over the page and no-one need ever know. Very quiet trading wise on AISI today, obviously everyone is waiting for kenny to finish the header. | marab
17/3/2011 09:51 | LOL-Well I didn't notice. | p@
17/3/2011 09:49 | kennyruss, no-one would have noticd the speling misteak if you hadn't poonted it out. As I see it the company can up a gear if they either sell the Tsimlyansky and/or Kiyanovsky sites or increase the rented space in Brovary. Brovary would give more income, but selling one or more of the sites would allow them to proceed with the Odessa project which is much bigger than Brovary. | marab
17/3/2011 09:16 | helps if I spell the title correct lol "Ukranian" instead of "Ukrainian" | kennyruss
17/3/2011 08:24 | Well done Kenny, hope this puts it more on the radar. | p@
17/3/2011 07:56 | new thread here - header content to be added tonight | kennyruss |
