quick summary

breaking down yesterdays RNS down

They are in talks with 4 seperate parties regarding the remaining 80% occupancy at Brovary.

Still looking at selling Tsimlyansky or Kiyanovsky residential projects to solve cashflow problems

They have picked up 27 hectares of land in Zaporojie area, zoned for retail development

They are also speaking to 3 seperate parties regarding restructuring of finance.

The recent NAV was $57m - EBRD loan of $34m is weighing the share price down, but at a mkt cap of about £5m its rock bottom now

p@, when you see what your toe dipping did to the share price you have to wonder what it would do if someone put a whole foot in. A lot of shares are 'under the radar' but this one is practically a stealth fighter.
