Results of voting at the Annual General Meeting held on 11 July 2018

Air Partner confirms that all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting held at 11.00am today at the Company's registered office at 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick RH6 0PA were duly passed. All resolutions were voted on by way of a poll and the results of the poll for each resolution are shown below:

On 11 July 2018, there were 52,217,565 Air Partner plc ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. Ordinary shareholders are entitled to one vote per ordinary share held.

The proxy votes received, including votes withheld, amount to 28.41% of the issued share capital.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.2R copies of all the resolutions passed other than resolutions concerning ordinary business have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
