DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Following the announcement of Air Partner's intention to restate certain historic results, the Company today announces that the Chief Financial Officer, Neil Morris, has offered his resignation to the Board of Air Partner. This has been accepted, with effect from today. Neil will remain available to the Company to contribute to the ongoing review, in respect of which, there is no further update from the RNS released on Wednesday.

The Company is reviewing candidates for the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer that are available immediately. Air Partner will be engaging an external recruitment consultancy to assist in the search process for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
