AGM arrangements - COVID-19 restrictions update

As a result of the UK Government's latest guidance and regulations in relation to COVID-19 (14th June 2021), the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will now be held as a closed meeting. Shareholders, advisers and other guests will not be allowed to attend the AGM in person. The possibility of this occurrence was noted in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which was published on 25 May 2021.

Shareholders are requested to therefore submit their votes, in respect of the business to be discussed, via proxy as early as possible. Shareholders should appoint the Chair of the meeting as their proxy. If a shareholder appoints someone else as their proxy, that proxy will not be able to attend the meeting in person or cast the shareholder's vote. The business at the AGM will be curtailed to the formal business section only, with no wider presentations on business performance or Q&A. Shareholders are invited to submit to the Company Secretary any questions they would otherwise have asked at the AGM through the email address [e-mail] . Such questions will be considered by the Board, and the Company will respond to any relevant questions that are received, and may also, if the Board so determines, and subject to any regulatory or commercial restrictions, publish on the Company's website a summary of responses to questions received.

Moreover, shortly after the AGM, Mark Briffa, Group CEO, will release a short Q&A video responding to selected recent questions received by the Company from various investors and stakeholders. The Company will publish an RNS which will provide a link to the full video.

We are disappointed to not welcome investors to our AGM, however, the health of our shareholders, employees and other stakeholders remains extremely important to us.
