Purchase of Ulster bank's tracker mortgage could be an inspired move with interest rates rising. Results due Mar 8th so too late to affect the '22 financials but should benefit '23 onwards

Largely owned by the Irish state this bank now riddled with cash on a very good yield now flounders at approx 50% of its 2017 flotation price
