Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), which specialises in the sale of wood fuels and the development of distributed energy projects, was notified on 10 March 2017 that on the same day Richard Burrell, CEO of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), 19,700 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). He sold 19,700 at a price of 77 pence per Share from an account in his own name and bought 19,700 at a price of 77.125 pence per Share to be held in his ISA.

Following the Transfer, there is no change to Mr Burrell's total beneficial interest in the Company, being 2,730,000 Shares representing approximately 7.2% of the Company's issued share capital; and GBP400,000 nominal of CLN's.
