NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS

A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 6 June 2017 that the following Directors acquired on 5 June 2017 such number of the Company's ordinary shares of 4(1) /(6) pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out against their names below, following the vesting of the 2014 awards under the A.G. BARR p.l.c. Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 (the "LTIP") and the A.G. BARR p.l.c. Executive Share Option Scheme 2010 (the "ESOS").

Stuart Lorimer acquired all of his ordinary shares for nil cost under the LTIP.
