10/4/2006 13:50 | A completely unloved share. Up 15% in a month and no one's noticed. Shame! | high park
02/12/2005 13:17 | Investor's Chronicle ( 2nd. Dececember ) suggests that AG Barr could be a take-over target for Britvic following Britvic's forth-coming flotation. | quepassa
27/10/2005 18:14 | Who says BAG isn't an exiting share? I've made money on it. | high park
27/10/2005 08:16 | The Times to-day suggests that yesterday's spike was driven by a computer generated trading program which was faulty. DYOR | quepassa

26/10/2005 23:16 | could well be some news tomorrow | ntv
26/10/2005 16:46 | Can't trace any news either. Thinly traded stock - so 41,000 t/o in stock to-day is relatively large for Barr but couldn't imagine that this alone would cause the 21% spike. Personally, I have always viewed Barr with their very strong balance sheet and interesting stable of branded soft-drinks including Irn-Bru as a take-over target. Fingers crossed. | quepassa
26/10/2005 16:37 | + 21% in a sharp spike on SETS this afternoon in the space of an hour or so any info? | abcd1234

07/6/2005 10:36 | bought a few today | ntv
03/6/2005 18:15 | One more little push and we'll be matching April's high. The only possitive share in my portfolio. | 2janpieter2
22/4/2005 00:49 | Because enough potential investors see the quality and buy - and holders don't want to sell a quality stock. My only whinge is that if I had spotted this company last year I'd be sitting on a whopping gain now. However 5% in 6 weeks in a weak market ain't bad, plus 2% dividend in the BAG! | sailor steve
20/4/2005 22:15 | If no one is watching this share, why does it keep going up when most others are falling about in aheap? | 2janpieter2 |
