04/3/2005 00:31 | anyone know when they are next going to release an update on their performance? | sharemaniac
02/3/2005 21:49 | Checked myself and issue price was 47 - I think 52 might have been the price it opened at on the first day trading "Market capitalisation of #93.6 million following the Placing at the issue price of 47p" | dvda
02/3/2005 21:07 | No 52p just checked. | bowlerboy
02/3/2005 20:51 | Wasn't it 47p? | dvda
02/3/2005 20:22 | Next announcement could be very interesting given ATM's last announcement. Scott Tod have since given out a profit warning and Cardpoint (the market leader) only gave a so so AGM statement this morning. With the TSC effect as well Moneybox may be about to release some poor results. No positive comments from the company, and staff cashing in on their share options at 35p! 50p maybe a long way off - bidders may get a bargain. | bowlerboy
01/3/2005 17:31 | Think the Board could be looking for a minimum offer to match the price Moneybox was launched at last year i.e 52peach - to keep everyone happy With all the interest in ATM's lately would of thought they could find a number of possible bidders No doubt we will have to wait and see Does anyone know when the next announcement is due for the end of year trading. | handsome
01/3/2005 13:59 | That would be nice. | jack1822
01/3/2005 13:21 | Hoping for 50p - 55p offer soon, possibly higher if rival bid. | marine boy
01/3/2005 12:06 | Marine Boy. what's your take on this? | jack1822

27/2/2005 19:08 | They were buys at 34p as most of us suspected. Moneybox, the AIM-listed cash machine operator, held steady at 35½p as an existing investor bought a further 5.3 million shares, or 2.7 per cent, at 34p through Numis Securities. | marine boy
26/2/2005 09:27 | According to UK Analyst, during Friday there had been MARKET GOSSIP of a 109 million pounds CASH offer from TRM. With around 200 million shares in existance, that might equate to something like 50 to 55 pence a share IF IF IF IF it happened !! Perhaps there will be further "news" in the weekend papers. If the share price moves upwards on Monday morning, the Board may be forced to make a statement. | blackrabbit
25/2/2005 16:19 | DVDA Sorry,I should have been clear, the bids were according to the Mail article | jack1822
25/2/2005 16:14 | I don't think anyone necessarily made a bid for these last year, though Moneybox did receive a number of approaches (maybe I'm just splitting hairs). | dvda
25/2/2005 15:06 | Yes I hope so. Cardpoint also made a bid for these last year. | jack1822
25/2/2005 15:00 | Should see some action very soon then :-) | marine boy
25/2/2005 14:31 | Marine Boy. Thanks for the Oxygum. It must be 35 years since I last had any. The market report in todays Daily Mail (yuk)Has the headline."Money box rumours liven up the action" ,goes on about TRM | jack1822
25/2/2005 12:56 | TRM are US based so presume that's who NTV would be referring to. They also hold c. 19m shares. Look at the 14/02 RNS re SVG Capital... Barfield = 11,017,659 Banque Privee = 1,410,000 Total = 12,427,659 Now it could just be a coincidence, but I think the trade of 4,727,659 might just be related. That would leave SVG with 7,700,000. Given the timing i.e. also occurred at 12.09, I think it likely that the 0.5m trade is also theirs. My guess would be that the 5.3m T trade was a buy, most likely by Davenport on behalf of TRM. | dvda
25/2/2005 12:23 | Let's hope there's more than one interested party then. | marine boy

24/2/2005 23:41 | Yes that was amazing Rawly. We must have been typing the same 'thoughts' at the same time - interesting to know how many seconds ahead of me you were when you hit 'post reply'. Anyway, hoping for some interesting news soon from TRM, SVG or other ! | marine boy |
