29/11/2016 19:28 | duxy why would I own shares in a fraud that will shortly go bust? I take it you do own shares in this dog. Are you going to sell before all liquidity is lost or are you going to go down with the lobster pot? | sweet karolina
29/11/2016 18:35 | Sweet, do you actually own any shares or just spend your days posting here hoping your predictions come true? | duxy786
29/11/2016 18:20 | Heading for the ISDX lobster pot. There is no liquidity on ISDX, even Dave Lenigas could not generate any liquidity with all his ramping powers. No doubt the ramping will start that a Nomad will be found and to get in for the re rate, the shares will still trade on ISDX so there is no real risk if there is no Nomad and some people will fall for it and end up in the lobster pot. The company will not last long as bucket shops won't back an ISDX placing as there just are not enough mug punters to flip on to. | sweet karolina
29/11/2016 11:44 | Keep watching! There is a gamble price here where it's worth a punt. | noirua
28/11/2016 18:23 | If there is no Nomad then GM will be cancelled and administrators called in. If there is an EGM I doubt many of the management will be there. | sweet karolina
25/11/2016 19:51 | One would not be holding GM on a date after one could possibly be suspended unless one really wanted a bunch of very frightening shareholders to lynch them lol.In all seeiousness though, let's be logical here, read the RNS and yes, if the management need to go, let's make it happen, but from what I can see, just a lot of bitter posters | duxy786
25/11/2016 13:31 | Suspension on 7 Dec if no nomad appointed.does look unlikely now but maybe a 1percent chance | mally6
25/11/2016 11:33 | All the negatives are already factored in gerry. Even with everything factorized in. Once a NOMAD has been agree, the share price will move up very very quick. I have now added a small holding here. Its money I can afford to lose. This stock is not for Widows and Orphans. Next stop 0.2p | duxy786
25/11/2016 08:57 | It's to issue up to 500,000,000 new stock so they can "implement their vision". Or pay back the CFO's wife and her bridging loan before it folds. Perhaps. "In the event of default under the provisions of the Bridge Loan (including a failure to make interest payments), the lender may require the Company to conduct a placing (at a 30% discount to the share price on the day preceding the date on which an application is made for admitting the placing shares to trading) to raise funds to satisfy all outstanding sums plus an additional facility fee of 5%, or elect to convert all sums then due into new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (at a price per share equal to 90% of the lowest daily VWAP of the 20 trading days preceding the date of the conversion request)." | gerryjames
25/11/2016 07:36 | Not at all.EM and I would be worried. | jerusalemtraveller
25/11/2016 07:11 | OohNot a good signOminous.! | apfindley
24/11/2016 15:23 | Did they have to mention this bit?"The Company is however pleased to announce that it is well progressed in meaningful discussions with a potential replacement nominated adviser although there can be no assurance that an appointment will be made." | jerusalemtraveller
24/11/2016 13:33 | I mentioned Dan earlier sarcastically as only corrupt for the corrupt.even if that is the case big if the share price will rally and another chance for the bod to loot if not then it's curtains. | mally6
24/11/2016 13:00 | It really is laughable. "Looks like news coming maybe Daniel stewards new broker" The problem is the Nomad had resigned. Daniel STEWART would be the sort of criminals who might take a POS like AFPO on, except they lost their Nomad licence a year ago. Now is the time for ramping based on fake inside info that a Nomad appointment is close. The P & D crew may scent that they can make a few final quid out of this dog before the curtain finally comes down. | sweet karolina
24/11/2016 12:46 | perfect example of a dead cat bounce | deanroberthunt
24/11/2016 12:30 | Companies do go under soon after raising money. Prime example is Bradford And Bingley. | tyranosaurus
24/11/2016 10:59 | Mug punters climbing onto the back of one last twitter pump for this troubled company.Pumpers enjoying the rise they created so they can sell out their remaining holdings.Game over soon. | apfindley
24/11/2016 10:26 | That provided a good opportunity to make some profit in AFPO. Certainly an opportunity most of us grabbing stock yesterday and unloading today achieved. Looked obvious didn't it! Keep watching as second opportunity arrives. | noirua
24/11/2016 10:06 | A friend hold 10M+ here can sell in Quantity (he said 2M) at premium to current bid. MM's know a broker will be assigned regardless, so are taking buys. Am looking to get in, right entry point? | duxy786
24/11/2016 10:02 | So they raided 500K in September, So enough working capital to continue business atleast for the short term and recent investors would be pretty annoyed if the company ceased to exist within 2 months of them investing half a mil. Mally is probably correct, based on the buying quantities here and IDSX, a new broker has probably already been discussed and appointed. From RNS: "Pursuant to the Subscription, the Company will issue 235,294,118 new ordinary shares of no par value (the 'Subscription Shares') to raise GBP500,000 (before expenses) at a price of 0.2125 pence per new ordinary share (the 'Issue Price')." | duxy786
24/11/2016 09:51 | Nice rise, whats the big news? | duxy786
24/11/2016 09:36 | Looks like the final P&D in progress. | bsg
24/11/2016 09:07 | Looks like news coming maybe Daniel stewards new broker | mally6
24/11/2016 08:39 | 7 trading days to find a nomad then it's suspended never to return, and there's been no case where a nomad has resigned then another is reappointed, never. | deanroberthunt |
