24/11/2016 08:22 | Despite numerous warnings, fantasy as business plans, finally all the shenanigans have caught up. I agree whole heartedly with deanroberthunt, respe The real tragedy is those who have lost money on this | bigjames2

21/11/2016 22:33 | The question is can they find a replacement prior the dead line of the 7 December???? This is To be or Not to be.................. | leonidas
21/11/2016 18:04 | Yes this is very suspect as they would've known a couple weeks ago. One month notice, but only 2 weeks for investors to get out.How much does the company owe director Claytons wife for the loan? It was something like $1.1mill (£750k) a while ago I recall. Financially this is in a big mess | apfindley
21/11/2016 14:59 | "For followers of African Potash – I see the Nomad , Cantors, has had enough and resigned. It tells you something doesn’t it when a Nomad resigns, or does it ? as normally it is too late and actually you would have been better off cleaning up the mess. It's like going to a party and drinking all the booze and then being sick everywhere and just running off without offering to clean up." I can't think of a situation in the last 12 months where a new Nomad has stepped in after the previous Nomad has resigned. Given that the normal notice period is 1 month, unless resignation is immediate we can assume Cantor allowed AFPO to sit on the highly material news of its resignation for 2 weeks in breach of AIM rule 11. Oh what is just one more breach of AIM rules when so many have already been broken. | sweet karolina
21/11/2016 11:19 | dont waste time in AFPO. be safe and ready for lift off in JLP, ALBA, RGM, WRES lol | nash81
21/11/2016 11:12 | If they get a new nomad, would that mean a bounce back. Chance of it happening must be low | rickyvader
21/11/2016 10:31 | There should have been a reason given and that makes it even more suspect. | datait
21/11/2016 10:23 | What happens if they find a replacement Nomad? What I cannot understand is How did they manage a £500,000 bridge loan just weeks before this? May be they got this bridge loan from some one Cantor Doesn't like? Since Cantor has no reason mentioned in their resignation!!! Any thoughts? | jumbone
21/11/2016 10:07 | The Company is however pleased to announce that it is well progressed in meaningful discussions with a potential replacement nominated adviser although there can be no assurance that an appointment will be made.It does happen worth a small punt at this price | mally6
21/11/2016 10:04 | Should've been suspended after the first 'misleading' RNS....or LIE in other words | europa79
21/11/2016 09:48 | Will be suspended before the end of day I should think. | datait
21/11/2016 09:47 | This Company should be investigated and taken to task. | europa79
21/11/2016 09:26 | Take a look at AAI when their nomad resigned and the bullsh@t letter they issued afterwards. Are there any decent, corrupt free companies operating in Africa? | malctim70
21/11/2016 09:26 | Trying to sell out but it's difficult.Lol if you think that 5m was a buy..... Remember it was also a sell..!!!And a very eager seller who will be selling at a big loss | apfindley
21/11/2016 09:13 | Can anyone remember the last time a Company obtained a new Nomad after one resigning? Usually the Company is toast but just can't bring themselves to admit it. So the Nomad resigns. Considering it was toast from the first family loan in lieu of proper funding. Then there was the agm at the Gurnsey PO Box. It's been comical. | gerryjames
21/11/2016 09:02 | 5 MILLION WAS A BUY | bidmsa |
