Am I missing something or are they asking us for permission to double the size of shares in issue without a further vote? They are not telling us why, at what price, or when but they want carte blanche? Is this normal behaviour ? I appreciate it is only a small cap but they also seem to be lining their pockets with incentive schemes and doing so after the price has fallen over 40% since they raised money.

The cynic in me says it could be time to buy as the price appears to have been conveniently pushed down, and they want 200m shares at their disposal for "friends" "deals" "options" & "Incentive schemes"

Expect to see this back over 3.5 in short order after the AGM approves :)

Annoying isn't it as this has so much potential and that mining licence will make a huge difference.
Strip out the cash and the Sandfire shares and you have 3 potentially large scale project, two in the capable hands of majors, priced at peanuts.
Hopefully the agm on Aug 23rd will provide an update.

Hardly an attack on the company they have some good stuff on the books hence why i bought in around 2.2 but then decided to cash in just under 3.6 due to slow comms in a declining market
