Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 18 June 2019, Peter Mombaur, a Non-executive Director of the Company, sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 57 cents per Ordinary Share, representing 0.67% of the Company's entire issued ordinary share capital. As a result, Peter Mombaur holds a beneficial interest in 1,400,957 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.9 per cent. of the Company's entire issued share capital with voting rights attached.
