I'm sure that knowledge of a potential placing or fund raise would be highly considered by the regulator to be insider information. So I don't see a placing coming any time soon if Leni is buying shares.

maybe somebody wanted out and offered them to the mm's who can then contact the likes of DL to see if they want to take the entire lump. Better for all concerned as it a) shows confidence of DL in Afri and b) it reduces the drip effect into the market...
