Board Changes

AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen energy solutions, wishes to announce that Jim Gibson has indicated his intention to step down from his role as Executive Director from 9 June 2023, and as Chief Operating Officer at the conclusion of his contractual notice period.

Jim has been a strong and loyal supporter of the Company since joining initially as a contractor in 2016. Since this time, Jim has worked as a member of the Executive Management Team supporting the Company's technology and market based repositioning to a focused disruption of the diesel generator market.

Adam Bond, Chief Executive Officer of AFC Energy , said "On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Jim for the support he has provided to the Company and to me personally over the past several years.
