I have to say, if you take a step back from AFC, you can see what is happening in the background with the appointment of a renowned business development manager, increased sales, a growing reputation - particularly in the construction industry, - of reliable power units that can only improve over time, and the need to go green in the years to come. You can only see one way the company are heading, very much north, and is there any wonder Peel are rating them at 195p a share ? In 10 years from now that price could be £10 a share if not more..

Looks like another blood bath on Monday as dow now down over 450, but gold riding high up $37 at this point.

Results RNS.Stating the obvious, but no Results RNS today (out last year on this date), so maybe Monday we will get that RNS..Will we get an S Series RNS at the same time, or instead of the results, or an S Series update as part of the results?

The point with a GC is it is a very significant long term trend reversal signal from a downtrend to an uptrend, it is one of the highest level signals that investors, long term and short term, should be aware of. It is not amateur trader garbage that often gets posted on BB's in the hope that the sheep make the price go up, it is a genuine measure of sentiment for the stock on a long term basis.

Wuzy, that is exactly why you should believe in them!!

From Investopedia:

There are three stages to a golden cross:
A downtrend that eventually ends as selling is depleted
A second stage where the shorter moving average crosses up through the longer moving average
Finally, the continuing uptrend, hopefully leading to higher prices

How Do You Calculate a Golden Cross?
A golden cross occurs on a stock chart when the 50-day moving average moves up towards the 200-day moving average and crosses it. This is noted as a bullish scenario and indicates a buy signal with the expectation that the upward trend will continue.

Short term charts on illiquid small cap stocks are a load of rubbish.

Long term charts like those needed for a Golden Cross, with a 50 day moving average crossing a 200 day moving average, these are very relevant. I have seen many 150%+ gainers following a Golden Cross, including AFC twice in the past. (Late 2010 and late 2020)
