AFARAK RECEIVES DECISION FROM FIN-FSA RELATING TO DANKO KONCAR
Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR)
is required by the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority ("FIN-FSA")
to inform its shareholders about the attached FIN-FSA press release.
The Company has stated many times before and is reiterating again that
it is not related in any form to the difference between FIN-FSA and Dr
Koncar. Regardless, FIN-FSA has required the Company to publish the
attached press release on Company's website.
The Company will not comment neither on this requirement, nor on the
press release itself. The Company has been informed by Dr Koncar that
"This further decision is not legally binding and will be appealed by
our attorneys, as has been the case with all previous decisions of the
FIN-FSA in this matter."
