Chucko1 - Ha I wish I got someone else to manage my pennies sometimes! 2 Wild 97p here is a good exit price (from 90ish). I do agree though income here is so high it almost makes the trading a waste of time - although my return here this year so far is 15% so clearly it can work. I normally sell IT's at NAV...

Tracker would be my guess, and via a macro - advantage of being in the 350!

If it’s a fund buying, they’re pretty careless.

Most annoying for me - missed yesterday's absurd price action as we had friends staying, so less time than usual monitoring the Market. Looks to me as though it must have been a mispriced, thick finger, institutional buying order; so algorithm bought stock in AT trades right up to 98.4p! Obviously provided a great opportunity to scalp a few pennies as a covered bear trade. That said, I agree with 2wild above, IMO very unlikely to drop back below 92p.

I think you will be hard pressed to buy below 92p before next ex div date.

85,000 in SXX apparently. Reminded me of the Falklands oil plays a while back - cant' remember all their names but similar small shareholder hype. I got tipped SXX by my barber, 'nough said. Mark Barnett held TCG at the end. Just sayin'.

I think what happens here to state the obvious is around a 8-10% discount to nav the yield looks very attractive. Then when it reaches NAV people like myself think - 'that's a bit steep given the quality of the assets and discounts in the sector elsewhere'.

got lucky i guess as turned on level 2 and couldn't believe there was a bid up there... this trust moves a lot on a little volume. would buy back again at 90p...for the 3rd time this year.

Well done @nimbo1 - a sell at NAV I say. Was away from screens here. Looks a bit like a tip but rise not holding.

Nice closing auction with 791,861 shares changing hands at 94.2p. 1p above mid price, of 93.0-93.4 at close.

The 1.7p is in my II account they usually get the rest later. Last divi I complained that they hadn’t reinvested the divi as per my instructions and they said AEWU wasnt on their list for this. They now appear to have added AEWU to their list for Reinvestment.

Spectoacc, I have some accounts with Barclays and they are all over the place with REIT divis. I spoke to them about it and they blamed it on their third party service provider. They used to do it themselves and pay both parts of the dividend in full. Their reorganisation two years ago has been an epic fiasco. Though not as big a fiasco as Woodford, but even to run him close is some splendid achievement. HL pay the whole lot up front.
