Tell me.. does this company have a business still? If so why are they worth zero? They appear to offer solutions in the green space. Have they really fallen from £1.20

I'm sure that all young men pull their trousers up and tighten their buckles when you approach them.

Duncan, no problem your frustration is quite understandable. Just back from a very pleasant afternoon/evening out, I wanted to walk the 5 or so miles back but SWMBO had it in mind that we should let the train take most of the strain, so I had settle for having a laugh at the expense of the local "tagged" youth showing off their calvin kleins. Thankfully they had the sense to pull their trousers up, for it is much better that I go largely unnoticed in the woods – LOL.

Vision88,

I'll bet you a very fine bottle of wine they don't open up (or down for that matter) on Monday...

This is all very odd, I've not seen anything like this before. Could it be the case that the Watsons plan to buy the company for say 0.3p? Given that they have bought a load at virtually zero prices, that would be probably £3m-4m, which it's conceivable that they might be able to raise, if they are moderately wealthy, I have no idea. However, they would then have to be able to finance the debt interest and pay towards the pension for at least enough time before they could sell the company on. Perhaps they have enough belief/knowledge that they can turn the company round over the course of a couple of years that they can sell it on for a very hefty profit?

The Company will survive in some form which often confuses shareholders who usually get nothing in these situations.
Saving the Company is not the same as saving the shareholders.

Thanks Hightech - in for a fair old stake but bought much higher...unfortunately.

But that's life or investing as they say.

Best of luck to you and all on this BB.

smcl, if debt issue is resolved, the price can rise much further than that.
Buy up to the levels that you can afford to lose, just in case everything turn up to be wrong.

Spending a couple of hundred pounds on this has the potential to make you rich and happy.

I bought some last week and some today at 0.089.....a gamble but it could pay out some rewards...as you said 12% is a fair amount and i expect they will reach 20% very fast....maybe te board doesn`t know that they or someone behind them are going to make a bid and keeping quiet allows to add at very low prices the maximum number of shares....
