31/8/2007 11:23 | Annual accounts out. Losses increase. Good news is that revenue in six months to August 2007 is almost equal to that for the full year to Feb 2007 (1.5m vs 1.6m). So revenue is going in the right direction - can they keep ahead of the funding requirements ?? | unionhall

14/6/2007 12:11 | I missed this completely on Tuesday as it does not put an "A" on my monitor... Adwalker Letter of Intent Signed 12 June 2007 ADWALKER PLC ("Adwalker" or "the Company") Letter of Intent signed for pilot launch of an Interactive Screen Network with Global FMCG Group Further to the announcement made on 14 May 2007, the Board of Adwalker, the AIM listed specialist in wearable media solutions, announces it has signed a letter of intent to pilot an interactive fixed screen digital network on behalf of a FTSE 100 Fast Moving Consumer Goods ("FMCG") company, with the intention of rolling out an extensive network of interactive screens across Europe if the pilot is successful. Under the terms of the pilot, Adwalker, with assistance from major IT service providers, will deliver an interactive fixed screen network for the FMCG company within retail outlets in Europe. The pilot will begin in July and run through to the end of the 2007, when an assessment of its results will be made.If successful, a potential roll-out programme is expected to commence in 2008. Simon Crisp, Adwalker CEO, added: "This is a significant opportunity for the Company. Adwalker has been chosen to pilot the network on the basis of its expertise in the disciplines of media and interactive technologies. "Whilst fixed screen networks have, up to this point, not been part of Adwalker's core strategy it is an evolutionary step for the Company to bring the benefits of the Adwalker platform and its unique consumer interfaces to that of the fixed screen network arena." | unionhall
14/6/2007 12:06 | Yes - nice to see - cannot accuse them of feathering their own nests on that basis.... | unionhall

17/5/2007 09:36 | Well that's one - this is still to come... "In addition, Adwalker is in discussions to conduct a pilot of an interactive fixed screen digital network on behalf of another major corporation," They certainly seem to be able to get the big guys interested. IBM do not appoint official "business Partners" just for the fun of it. Worth hanging on to see where this ride takes us I think. | unionhall
17/5/2007 07:41 | AWR is appointed IBM Business Partner Further to the announcement made on 14 May 2007, Adwalker, the AIM listed specialist in wearable media solutions, announces that it has been appointed as an IBM Business Partner. Adwalker will be working with IBM to bring its innovative point of presence solutions to market through Adwalker and IBM Retail Store Solutions channels. IBM's `Retail Store Solutions' division provides customers access to the industry's best retail applications, such as those for inventory and supply chain management, point-of-sale processes and mobile technology for remote management. Simon Crisp, Adwalker CEO, added, "We are delighted to be working with IBM in order to gain the greatest possible exposure and revenues for the Adwalker platform in the Retail Solutions arena." I suppose that will give the adwalker product a certain amount of credibility as well as providing the opportunity for direct links into enhanced technology. I can see potential for development into new markets through IBM's exisiting marketing channels being significant. No mention of short/medium term financial impact though... | dusseldorf
15/5/2007 11:45 | Cool. Well it's on my monitor anyway. | relishing
15/5/2007 11:41 | relishing - yes...though you have to bear in mind that I have accumulated a very large quantity of stock in anticipation of a significant reversal....as it stands my investment is still 'speculation' - I'd rather know when and what is being reversed and be unable to trade than continue blind. ..besides, the timing appears right for this year and Geoff Hoodless in is discussions with a party. If negotiations are in progress I doubt I will be locked in for more than a few months....given I have no intention to sell at anywhere near current levels its no great loss | dusseldorf
15/5/2007 11:31 | So if they tell you it's 5 years away - you are effectively locked in? | relishing
15/5/2007 11:29 | relishing - I have no idea how long - obviously I've been buying DMR for around 3 years now and had expected a reverse much sooner - I've speculated that timing will centre around Full Year/AGM/Interim, which are June 30th, September 20th and September 30th respectively...... -However, its a catch 22 - the only way I can find out is to relinquish the ability to buy/sell or tell anyone. By making a direct request to have the opportunity to be involved in a private placing if the prospect is a 'hot' one, then I can still increase my holding if desired. | dusseldorf
15/5/2007 11:16 | Any idea how long that will be? | relishing
15/5/2007 11:05 | relishing - you are correct re:being able to trade, I will be waiving my rights to buy/sell stock until the aquisition is made public. However, I will continue to post if there is any discussion I feel I am able to contribute to | dusseldorf
15/5/2007 11:02 | That's interesting Dusseldorf. Presumably you won't be able to trade DMR or post on the thread if you sign that? | relishing
15/5/2007 11:01 | relishing - I'm currently in communication with Brian Moritz (who's chairman of about 8 listed companies and involved in others including white nile sub 1p > 100p+, APP etc..) and also Chairman of DMR. I'm about to enter into a non-disclosure agreement with the company regarding the reverse aquisition prospect given I own X% of the company....I've also placed a request for a potential private placing between £25 - £50k too. Fortune favours the brave so watch this space... I assume you have nothing interesting to add concerning AWR? | dusseldorf
15/5/2007 10:55 | LOL. Hows DMR doing? What did your Coppock Curve tell you there? | relishing
15/5/2007 10:52 | Does anyone have a list of major shareholders and their percentage holding? Looks like a turnaround in fortune may be on the cards and I would like to know more info before exposing myself some more | dusseldorf |
