loglorry. On Avo's website it has a CLN spreadsheet and as of 21 Feb it has 302,325 warrants issued, none of these have been exercised. Following the conversion of the £100k it was issued 174,185 shares. I'm not really sure how its got 302,325 warrants, but that's what it states.

Not really up to speed but doesn't the Bracknor loan not convert into new shares with warrants as well? If so how can that not be dilutive?

Bracknor, is certainly opening up liquidity with these movements, which it wants, as it does have £1.1m worth to shift

Must be a few, as yet undeclared, buys going through as the share price is moving too fast for the rate/ratio of buys we can see.

Would be nice to see directors put their hands in their pocktes over next few days. That would show a strong signal of intent regards future shareholder value.

They have drawn down the £11m , but the conditions were changed on the balance, which allowed them to draw down the rest, as long as it was done on a non-dilutive basis, which the Bracknor CLN obviously are. See we have had a bit of a bear squeeze going on as death spirals are never linear, but the bear case remains, as it needs cash and a lot of it asap and Bracknor will want to get the conversion done, before tranche 2 is drawn down by AVO

TW are very good at digging out old statements and causing doubt in shareholders minds, but without drawing attention to subsequent updates that do explain the points he’s raised.

You or Tom refers to an announcement made in May last year that refers to conditions for the second tranche (to raise a further £25m) and that if they are not met by end March 2017 then the £11m would need to be repaid by Sept 2017. Yet, he ignores the statement in the Half-year report that the terms were renegotiated so that this condition was removed.

In any case, when the company announced the Bracknor financing agreement they said that a non-dilutive financing plan is still an option remains in consideration, as is the Metric Capital financing. Perhaps this isn’t as clear as it should be but AVO have not drawn down anything on the Metric agreement although it remains an option under consideration.

Just cause you are short no need to mislead or make stuff up.

Asagi. I'm small in Spreadex . You may have just been unlucky . My understanding is that shorts can be called in if the people with longs sell

I guess the people with their shorts still running are more favoured clients of the providers named. Though I got closed out myself I'm not crying over it - it's business. Memo: become a bigger client and I will get more favourable treatment going forward.

Asagi (no position)

It might bounce now in fact. There are just no shorts left! So all the stock has to be bought back....unless you are shorting via direct access. I guess the company is desperate to hold the 25p levels.....

"These shares could be suspended pending clarification at any time. Or there could be no problem. There just has to be a statement. But i would not wait for that".

So there could or could not be a problem, depending on whether there is a statement. But Tom (personally) would not wait for that.

Any other ways he could ambiguously talk this share down...whilst covering himself if he's mistaken.

Oh and I visited his website to find that out, lucky him
