'The talented and hard-working Adriatic management can do little in the face of project delays caused by the public health crisis. Nonetheless, such delays are just a little fly in the ointment in my opinion. As the projects are advanced toward mine construction and production by 2023, the above-mentioned catalysts are anticipated to drive the Adriatic share price to a series of new highs. I firmly believe both Vareš and Kizevak will become mines in the next few years - that's the ultimate downside protection for patient investors.'

Do have a look at the above link,it includes risks, naturally.

Although this is a few months old, clearly this is seen as a longer term play.

To me this has a feel of quality.

Hannam Note

"....Adriatic Metals has released an operational update, including an optimised
mine plan, leading to an increase in our target price to 264p from 246p, as
outlined below. The Company continues to make strides towards becoming a
significant junior producer in the European mining space, in our view"

New Sprott note

Today’s drilling on their Serbian project has two key strengths; width and shallow-depth, with much higher grades in cores of these zones. As a reference 10% ZnEq equates to US$176/t payable rock (3.3g/t payable recoverable AuEq) so a 50% gross margin could be maintained on higher grade material to a strip over 20:1, whereas lower-grade near-surface material could see similar margins. Hence highlights from broader zones of 28m @ 4.5% ZnEq with average sub-intervals of 10m @ 8.7% ZnEq speak to both. It is good to see a third rig for dedicated regional drilling as the peripheries of the resource reported today are of course not the same as the core. With 7.6Mt @ 8.6% ZnEq already defined, potential to surpass 10Mt is very much present. We maintain our BUY rating, and 0.7xNAV8% A$3.30/sh PT as gains in minor metal pricing outweigh a strong AUD. This includes the historic resource at 3% EV/in-situ (ie 65c/oz AgEq on the 68Moz 279g/t AgEq historic resource, US$50/oz AuEq or US$75/t ZnEq) for a US$23m valuation. We see permitting and debt financing this year as key deliverables in Bosnia to close the gap on the Rupice NAV and open up M&A options.
