Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

Admiral Acquisition Limited (the "Company") today announces the admission of its 53,975,000 ordinary shares and 54,975,000 warrants to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under tickers "ADMR" in respect of the ordinary shares and "ADMW" in respect of the warrants.
