Change of Name and Record Date

MX Oil plc, an oil and gas investing company quoted on AIM, announces that, further to the passing of the resolution at its general meeting on 7 June 2019, the Company's change of name to ADM Energy plc has been effected.

With effect from 11 June 2019, the Company's TIDM will change to ADME and the Company's website will change to www.admenergyplc.com.

The Company advises that the record date in respect of the share capital consolidation, as announced on 22 May 2019, has been changed from 7 June 2019 to 10 June 2019. The expected date of admission for the shares following the share capital reorganisation is 11 June 2019.
